One of my favorite coffee houses — This Tully’s spot is now closed down; per their posted notice — I went across the street to the Bellevue place Tully’s; they were unfortunately already closed.

I have been to this coffee shop many times as its in the building I work in. My group and I just had the best experience with Zyrike — wow! What a great barista. He was so friendly, smiley and helpful! He really seemed to be enjoying himself while engaging genuinely with all customers. We can’t wait to go back for our latte refills!

Another Tully’s closing. Awesome location, but once again failure.

I normally don’t care for Tully’s or Starbucks. I would much rather go to a local coffee bar. But I was in the area and my family wanted to go here so off we go! For anyone who doesn’t know parking in Lincoln square is free. So I head to the Tully’s and see they don’t have vanilla as an option for shakes on the menu. They were very accommodating and made it for me anyways and the shake turned out great! Whenever I or anyone with me is in the mood for Tully’s I will come to this location.

Want a clinic on how bad people can be at their job? Waiting over 10 minutes and have seen a grand total of 3 drinks made!

I had a tasty vanilla Italian soda here. Great place to rest your feet from shopping or relax for a bit.

The café is cozy and relaxed. On the weekends, there’s usually a piano player outside which enhances the coffee drinking experience. The staff are friendly and want to please. I appreciate these little things which added up really improves the customer experience.

The coffee is good, so is the tea … Hot or cold The snacks have a wide choice… if you can get them after you pay. three times is enough. Not busy, no customers in line, got my beverage order then… Nada. Go to the register and the response is «I don’t know» Go to the Starbucks across the street for better, attentive service

This place is exactly like a Starbucks, minus the line out the door and a wow factor. I sat here at 1pm for about two hours and only two other people came in which means if you’re looking at a place to get work done, it’s a good option. Nice staff here, yummy pastries, and a large variety of coffees, what more could you need. I wonder how they’re still in business.

I’m not really writing this review for the food or coffee which is just normal Tully’s standard but because I like this specific location. There are quite a few coffee shops in Bellevue but they are always packed, stuffy, noisy, and never very easy to find parking. This Tully’s is in Bellevue Sq Mall. That means it’s easy to find parking. It’s never packed and noisy. I like the layout. It’s got open windows to the mall and I like that style. There are not a lot of outlets which can be a problem if you need to get some work done. It may not be the best place for coffee shop for coffee and food but it’s the most comfortable to relax, meet a friend, or do some work.

Almost a bit hypocritical as I tend to stay away from the corporate chains like Starbucks but Tully’s is a fun, casual atmosphere. This upper floor location has a bit of a european flair with its french doors. Coffee’s good, though not sure if the locally roasted part affected my judgement ;) free wifi.

I come here every week. I love the coffee and the breakfast sandwiches but what keeps me coming back is the friendly customer service. I can always count on the same people enjoying their jobs. It’s always a very pleasurable experience.

We often go in to this particular Tully’s whenever we are visiting Lincoln Square. Though I am a Starbucks regular, but I really wish they had more of the Tully’s around here. I like a lot of their varied coffee drinks, some of those you don’t get at Starbucks, My recent favorite has been the Intense Dark Mocha… ooh so delicious! This place itself is very warm and inviting, the interiors are nicely done, perfect for taking a cup of coffee and relaxing in their lounge-like area. Prime card holders also get a discount here!

I’ll admit, my weakness for Tully’s comes from my love for Patrick Dempsey. I mean, how would you not want to support whatever business venture this man is on?! He’s so McDreamy. This location is great. The girls are always super friendly and can pour my tea over ice in seconds, which makes it super easy for me to grab a peach ginger tea on my way to work as I’m practically running and trying to face the struggle… Do I dare start my day without my tea and be grumpy, or do I face being late for my daily purge? I think their food may be better than Starbucks as well. They have such a great selection of all kinds of different pastries, and the lines are never out the door that it’s not worth waiting for. Banana bread and tea, with a side of Dempsey, please!

For a corporate coffee chain, I think Tully’s may be my favorite. I miss my blueberry syrup, but perhaps it will return to me. In the meantime, I will enjoy a delightfully calming yet caffeinated mate latte amidst the crowds at the mall.

Was not impressed by the great looking blueberry scone. Great looks, average taste. That is SO disappointing. Scone had lots of blueberries and the glaze looked terrific. As you can probably guess, I love blueberries and blueberry desserts. Staff were not very friendly to me or to the next customer.

The coffee is great, of course. But thats true of lots of coffee places. The things that stand out: 1. The staff are super nice and friendly! They love suggesting new drinks for you to try and the recommendations are often a success 2. It was OPEN on Thanksgiving day! When it was cold and rainy and everything else was closed

I adore Tully’s and I hate that they are struggling to fight with Starbucks. I like Sbux, too, but hey a girl likes variety. Tully’s definitely makes the best dirty chais and when I’m craving that, I will definitely go out of my way for Tully’s. Out of my way or not, this is the best location. If you show up too early for a movie, or you’re waiting the 5-trillion hour wait for Din Tai Fung upstairs, it’s the best place to park it with your friends. There’s even a fake cozy fireplace to snuggle up next to! Staff is always super nice and accommodating with odd drinks. They’re quick to recommend snacks or offer opinions on their food or drinks. Cheerful and genuine service is always the best!

Next to The Container Store in Lincoln Square Mall, Tully’s serves some decent coffee which I find very similar to Starbucks, but maybe a tad bit better than the latter. That may possibly be because I’m biased against the over-franchised and bloated Starbucks. But in close comparison, prices are very similar as well as the drinks offered. What separates Tully’s are the large wooden tables and cushioned chairs to lounge in.
