Walked in to buy a cup of coffee and use the bathroom.
I did not have any complaints. Good service and good coffee.

Really gross fly in my drink don’t ever come here, called to complain and the manager said, «we don’t have flys here» lol obviously not but you let one get into the drink idiot. Don’t come here unless you like flies in your drink. Only putting a star because I have to in order to post this shit

Worse place ever ! They have been such Jerks, the first time I went frys old refried.. Buns were hard… last time I went here after the remodeled figured they would have their shit together.. NOPE I GOT A CHEESE BURGER GET HOME AND GUESS WHAT??? NO MEAT!!! YEA THAT’S RIGHT NO BURGER IN MY BUN WHO THE HELL SCREWS THAT UP… Now I will never go back these ppl are so rude !

Went to this McDonalds earlier today around 12:10pm while the service was fast my cashier was great after i was done eating in my new car, I set the bag aside and as i layed the bag down 2 freaking roaches crawl out I was so disgusted I almost barfed like wtf really the place looked really clean so i was thrown off. will never return to this location again

I ordered a 20 piece McNuggets and they only gave me 16 WTF??? Where they do that at??? They do it at this McDonalds that’s wear. I called to complain after making the discovery but no one answered… Figures.

I’ve tried to give this McDonald’s a chance but every time I go they give me cold food just a shame because it’s so close to my job

I don’t know what to say about this location. We probably had 5 different visits with terrible results. I’ll only recount our most recent visits.
I went for a midday snack with my fiancé and 3 year old. I’ve worked at McDonald’s long enough in the past to know the food doesn’t sit well, so we always order fresh food. We got a large 20 piece meal with Sweet Tea, a fish filet, a 2 for $ 2 Mozzarella stick, and filet fish. I placed my order with Micheal and noticed he didn’t put «ask me» on ANY of the items, so I asked him if everything will be fresh. He stood there and said «yes» without turning around to inform the kitchen. I had to ask him about 4 times before he said he needed the order fresh. I then proceed to fill my Sweet Tea and noticed I finished the bin so again, I let Micheal know and just get an «ok».
We then get our order after waiting for 5 – 7 minutes, which Is ok because we ordered fresh. We then open our boxes and oh boy… raw french fries, stone cold mozzerela sticks, rock hard nuggets, and the driest piece of fish you could imagine. Now this wasn’t our first visit at this location were we received bad food, but this was my last straw. Now everyone knows the attention span of a 3 year old, and ours was reaching her breaking point, so we had no choice but to stomach tbe food. I went to the counter and asked for the manager and waited for about 3 minutes before realizing no one was coming, so we just cleaned up and went to refill the Sweet Tea before leaving and guess what… still empty! At this point we were through with this location and decided it wasn’t worth the trouble and left.
Today I went back for a milkshake and they even messed that up. You could tell it was sitting awhile and the manager (I wish I knew his name, but it’s hard to tell when he’s not wearing a name tag) told me that’s how it comes. I worked as a McD manager for 2 years and could tell from across the store it wasn’t.
This location is terrible and it’s a shame because it’s a quick 5 minute walk from our house. They have lost my service for good. I’m gonna start taking the car down to Artesia and Alondra were I know they have amazing staff and service.

I’ve been to a lot of McDonald’s recently unfortunately and most of them have been at least reliable crappy but tasty food. This McDonald’s gave me nasty beef and nasty cold fries. The first time I haven’t finished my fries. !

I hoped when they improved this building that the employees would improve. I understand it’s late, this person is having to work… Well I just got off work myself and I’m exhausted, yet I still know how to be polite! Every time I come here, the person taking drive-​thru orders sounds bitter as hell! I get greeted with a sorry ass «hi» followed by the most monotone depressing voice ever asking «what do you want to order… k, total at the last window» the car in front of me had to honk for attention and then zoomed off when no one came to the window. Once I pulled up the employee asked «what sauce you want again?» (without even looking in my direction, nor did she ask in the first place to have «forgotten») I swear this is the worst service I get anywhere in a record amount of time.

Bad service… I ask for two big macs w no pickles… Down the road… I was eating f… Pickles… Sucks!

Just went through the drive thru at 3am today. At the speaker I was told they were only accepting cash. So I was okay with that. At the window, the girl told me my total was 8.25. So I paid with a $ 10 and then I received my change. The girl then came back and asked me to «repeat my order.» I got four sausage burritos and a large French fry. I mean, how do I even know I was charged correctly if they don’t even have the correct order? I also didn’t get a receipt for my purchase. I have no way to prove any of this and I’m extremely unhappy. I had to wait extra long to receive the salsas for my burritos after the girl closed the window and walked away. The fries were cold. Very bad experience.

Horrible idea to put the new 2 lanes drive thru… they take way too long to get your order and also have your order ready. We literally sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes. I would have left if there weren’t cars behind me.

soooooo just came back from this location. greeted the employee by the initials K. S off the receipt some chola looking girl with a long rosary on her. she was not friendly at all. greeted her when I seen her at the window and she just gave me a dirty ass look. she gave my bag to some other lady working and when I got the bag all of my food was thrown in it. my fries were thrown in the bag. not my fault you’re miserable with your job but no need to be a bitch. I can ensure you that if someone were to do that to your food you would of went off. their employees are extremely rude. get a real job if you’re miserable.

I’ve been going here for years and never had a problem until AFTER their new renovations. There’s now a double drive thru and the lady who took my order was straight out rude.
My boyfriend ordered «one grilled chicken snack wrap» and the lady says «ok 4 mcchickens» and he says «no, 1 grilled chicken snack wrap».
Then she goes «no I already put the order in you gon have to fix it at the window»
Like what the f*ck!!! She didn’t even ask to confirm if the order on the screen was correct and just gave an attitude!
So we go up to the window, «fixed our order», and she says the total is $ 2.95.
We paid cash, and went on to the next window to pick up the food. Then I look at the receipt (after already pulling out of the plaza) and the total says $ 1.95.
Sooooooo long story short, we were over charged by $ 1.
Never coming back to this location again. I LOVE their grilled chicken snack wraps but sooooo tired of the sh! tty service!
And if they are doing this to various customers, they are probably pocketing each $ 1.

While I tend to not go for McDonald’s my mom and family members do enjoy it every once in a while. This McDonald’s in particular is newly renovated and they seem to have their stuff together. While I will comment on the building and service I can’t say much about the taste of the food. I can’t stomach much of it except
For the occasional traditional hamburger, fries and a nugget or two. The rest of the food just does not seem appetizing .
The building has some new «futuristic «ordering station and the voice quality is crystal clear as if someone is standing
Right in front of you. They also have a double ordering station although they feed into one lane eventually. Once you get to the windows the employees are courteous and pump the food out pretty good .
This location is one of the few that have apple pies and ice cream products most of the time. Overall it’s a solid McDonald’s if your in the mood for some.

This is an awesome McDonald’s they bring u ur food and condiments it’s like u have ur own waitress

This McDonald’s is nice. Especially now that they have redecorated it & like most othe McDonald’s they now have 2 lines for drive thru ordering. Customer service is good. And the food is good too. I usually come here because when we get Rally’s my youngest daughter doesn’t like it. So we drive right across the street to McDonald’s. So we’re here every few months or so. But I will definitely visit again.

No fish sandwich after 12. No Shakes Because Machine Is Down. This should be a 22 hour McDonald’s if they Don t have the menu. Go to jack in the box.

This is my second time at this McDonalds. So far they have been nice, courteous, and get my order right. So no complaints about this place. This morning the young man at the cashier drive thru did an excellent job by making sure my order was correct and he was clear when he spoke and he sounded happy. This early in the morning customers like me are happy when we are served with a smile. The same goes for the young lady handing out the orders at the second window. She had a smile on her face she was very courteous and I did not have to ask her for hot sauce. Congratulations guys keep it up!

I’ve been here a few times when I used to work at Pep Boys. I decided to get lunch one day before I headed home from work. I ordered my usual McDoubles and McChicken sandwiches, the line was a bit long but I was okay with the wait.
When I finally got to the first window, there was no one there and the window was closed. I literally waited over 5 minutes for someone to come and tell me my total so I could pay. I thought, maybe they closed this window so we pay at the second window.
I proceeded to scoot up and I hear a girl shout «hey! Did you pay? No?» And I apologized and said, «I’m sorry. I saw no one here so I assumed we had to pay at the second window since it was not stated which I was supposed to pay at. She responded with a snarky remark «Well who told you to move up?» I was absolutely offended.
The line was really long behind me, so I had to get out of my car and walk back to pay. After I handed her the money she said «Maybe next time you should have more patience.» This really set me off and I shouldn’t have let her say that to me. I understood that I was wrong to have scooted up, but she had no right to talk to me the way she did.
Since that day, I have not been back because I don’t go fast food joints to get disrespected.
