Popeyes Chicken

HORRIBLE. I gave them 3 chances! Each time I went horrible service. This last time I go through the drive thru & it took me 30 min just to get to me. Cars pulled out of the drive thru. I knew it would take them another 10 just to get my order (large red beans and rice with a large lemonade). So once the customer in front of me got their food I followed right behind her. I will never be returning and I’ll be sure to let everyone know how bad your customer service is. ps the light skin, African American, chubby girl, with the glasses is always rude. How did she even get hired? Get it together yall.

First time to Popeye’s, and my last. Truly the worst service I have ever had. I was the only customer and waited over 15 minutes for my order, after looking at it boxed up for for 10. Not 1 employee at the counter, all together in the back.

I was super excited at first to know they were building a Popeyes across the street from my house, my Daugther loves Popeyes. they don’t have a 5 piece like the rest of the Popeyes do, . And to top it off the employees are super rude, they don’t care about providing good service to there consumers, I rather drive 2 miles to the Popeyes on Atlantic and market then to go across the street. This is the worse Popeyes location I’ve ever been too. I will never go back to this location again.

I went there one night and was so excited for a new Popeyes to be by my house but to my surprise it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Popeyes and I will never go back again. The employees are rude and don’t offer good customer service and when I got home to eat my food, my order was slightly wrong and it was cold. The nail in the coffin was they didn’t even give me utensils for my meal. Now, I know utensils aren’t a thing to complain about but when you don’t feel like washing dishes, having plastic utensils come with your meal is a big deal.

When you walk in … Almost NO ONE is smiling. only one employee (Mark) was pleasant. The manager was very grumpy. She didn’t smile and was rude to the employees. They were also out of spicy chicken and jelly. Food was just OK.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a family meal. Went up the to the window and paid. They gave me my food and when I went home to eat with my family the macaroni and cheese and mashed potatoes were spilled all over in the bag. And to find out that they spilled because they didn’t put the right size lids on the cups. They put big lids on the cup and put a little piece of tape to hold the lid in place, which obviously didn’t!

The only reason I’m giving it at least 2 stars is because there was at least a couple employees who were extremely nice one of them was a kid named Marc I think from the moment I walked in he was courteous & hard working. I’m not giving it a 5 star because the manager was unprofessional. She shouted at customers on drive through then shouted at her employees like they were her slaves. She bad mouthed drive through customers knowing there was customers in the dinning area. I work in customer service & the first rule is to not let customers get to you. Aside from all that they completely ignored our order. Everyone who kept coming in after us, kept getting their order. Although is a new place I feel they need to get a better management one who doesn’t treat her employees like she owns them or bad mouths other people publicly.

They just opened this location and they have kept it very nice.

Nice large parking lot and a drive thru.
Smells very nice and I noticed the general manager watching the staff making sure the dining room
