I love all HEB stores but this one is particularly awesome! Tons of product, great sales, deals, and coupons. The staff is friendly too!

Truth be told I wouldn’t necessarily do a review of a grocery store. However, HEB Plus in Belton is an exception. I have been to several HEB’s in the Temple-Belton-Killeen-Copperas Cove area and this is by far my favorite one. The customer service I receive is always superb. Unlike Walmart, I can always find someone to assist me in looking for an item. I think they have one of the best wine and cheese selections. I have been surprised on several occasions that they have some rare item I need for a recipe in the store. Because honestly who feels like driving to Austin to Whole Foods for a specialty item. Also, the Healthy Living aisle located near the pharmacy is top notch. You can purchase healthy nuts and grains by the bulk. Every Sat and Sun FREE samples almost on every aisle. Go in hungry and come out full. Sushi is sampled pretty much daily and it is fresh and very tasty. I knock off one star only because the HBC area is a little overpriced compared to Walmart. I would love to do one stop shopping. But the prices and lack of selection prevents this.

Simply the best HEB in the system. Great, helpful employees and well stocked including an electronics department, small nursery and good fresh seafood and meat market. Wonderful place to spend some time. Almost forgot a well stocked and very helpful floral department.

As a person that appreciates customer service, I was so disappointed one evening by the lack thereof. Although I hope that this has been rectified. .the deli dept staff lack the values that the company stands for. Closing ½ hour early and refusing service. Our younger generations only concern is getting off and getting paid. Please be more Customer Service oriented in the future. Thank you

I am not native to Texas as I’m used to the chain of Publix supermarkets. However, my first experience with HEB was a pleasant one. Very big, all the amenities and foods a person could imagine. Love the fresh fruits and vegetables. The seafood section is awesome. Really enjoy getting the lean cut beef and their wine selection is great. Not sure why they have electronics and televisions, but to each their own.

A magical place for all things edible, H.E.B. is filled with everything from frozen to in-house delicacies! Chef-made tamales are divine. Flexi-Compras and newspaper vendors continue to be H.E.B.‘s black eye. They would do well to get rid of them.

Nicer than your average HEB. Has a few extra things there that you can’t get from a smaller HEB. Still wonder why the baked goods are made somewhere else.

I love this HEB so much. They have an incredible produce selection, delicious sushi, good meat options(even bison!), and friendly service. There is even an electronic section in case you want to purchase a TV to go along with your groceries. Also worth checking out: the bulk bins at the front of the store by the pharmacy. Good options from oats to nuts(and some sweet stuff too).

I absolutely LOVE this new HEB. There aren’t usually any long lines(when I go), the cooking station is going in the evening & I’ve gotten some really good recipes to try at home(now, some of the seasonings they want you to use can be a little pricey; but hey atleast you know what the end product should taste like). The produce is always fresh & there are usually some fresh samples out. I havent bought anything from the seafood area but everything usually looks fresh, there’s even sushi for the sushi lovers. Compared to the old HEB, this one is a God send! There’s a HUGE variety on EVERYTHING; the meat, frozen foods, deli stuff, the bakery is always busy & not to mention the non-food items. They did a great job with this new HEB, love the location too.

This is HEB is HUGE and has such a variety of everything. They have multiple taste testing which are so helpful when you want to buy something and want to taste it first. There bakery is amazing. Each dept has so much to offer. They have so much to offer and it is more roomy to walk around and not get hit or have to move for every single person. The ultimate reason they get a 5 star is because during this past holiday season as crowded as they were there were never any line there were so many cashiers open to serve it was GREAT!!! no waiting. I went in on thanksgiving eve for one thing i forgot and knew i was going to be in there forever and i was in and out in 6 minues a record for any thanksgiving ever! They have 2 buddy buck machines which is great.

So happy that this HEB Plus opened! Awesome selection of cheeses, baked goods, deli, etc. all of the staff is friendly and seem like they are happy to be at work. Another good thing is the gas prices – SO cheap! $ 3.09 a gallon and it’s $ 3.25 a gallon at Shell off of FM93 and I35! I say drive the extra way and get your gas at HEB! My only complaint, and it’s a weak one lol, is that they stopped tying lollipops on the balloon strings for the kids. So be sure to have your kid hold it fit, or if he’s anything like my kid who will let go of the string to point something out to me, bring something to tie the string to.
