Todd was very easy to get a hold of. He answered all my emails and questions.
He was thorough and friendly. There were a few stubborn stains a few weeks later. Todd came back to our house within 24hrs and addressed this without hesitation! Very pleased with his services.

Todd was extremely efficient and friendly. He was in and out in no time. Our carpets are in poor condition. He made sure we were all on the same page in terms of expectations of stain removal, etc. We really appreciated his honesty and regardless of the condition of the carpet, he still took his time and was thorough and treated us and our carpet with professionalism and skill. His rates are very affordable and he has an open, kind communication style and personality. This is a job well done!
