Great store… Great food. Good staff… Now for that party of inconsiderate people… The party of twenty… Make a reservation somewhere. Don’t cause problems for the staff because you are too stupid to schedule your family reunion somewhere more appropriate

Food was good but service was borderline rude. Besides the passive aggressive attitude our server had this morning, she brought out the coffee without creamer and may I note that the other two tables she was tending to ordered coffee and they both received creamer except us. She hardly checked on us to see if we needed refills and when we did ask for something she took so long to come back that we were literally finished when she finally decided to show up with the requested item. Again, one of the tables around us requested jam(or something like that) and they were quick to receive it, so it made us think our server had something against us. To be honest, we didn’t even enjoy our meal bc we have never had such a bad server. Ever. We were thinking about leaving shortly after she took our order because any question we had about the menu seemed to annoy her. We always tip anytime we eat out but we absolutely did not tip this time, and i really thought about tipping another server that went out of her way to refill my coffee and was very friendly. I didn’t see her anymore and we just wanted to get out of there.

I do like the Cracker Barrel for its consistency and today’s visit was a great example of that. I know what I like, my order is easy and it’s nearly always prepared perfectly. The«Uncle Hershel’s Breakfast with eggs poached medium, hash brown casserole and pork chop(it’s not salty like the bacon or the sausage patties!)» also comes with biscuits and grits, though I usually have them hold those. Service was great, my coffee was refilled often. I’d totally return to this Cracker Barrel.

Very nice nostalgic country setting restaurant with good ol country cooking. This place is always pack so cone early. Be prepared as to know what you want to order since there will be too many choices to choose from so if you come hungry, you may get hungrier for waiting and trying to decide what to get. A true southern comfort since you can play, shop or people watch while waiting for a seat or for your food. Food ordered: Grandpa’s country fried breakfast. Big boy’s platter and fresh platter.

Just like most of the other Cracker Barrel chains this one has the same old country store feel and homey atmosphere. We went to celebrate my nephews 3rd birthday party. After being seated we had our drinks fairly quickly but that was the last thing. We had to wait quite a while for our food and half of it was out and people done eating before the others were even served. Had to ask for refills on drinks. It seemed the waitstaff was either very new or distracted by something.

Omg omg omg! This place is a total home food southern comfort! I wish I could come here every week Had a sampler and I loved it all! Reasonably priced and good service. We were seated real quickly and they have a very good selection of food There’s a store at the entrance of the restaurant and they have a lot of neat nick nacks.

This is a great place to go if you want breakfast, lunch, or dinner any time of the day. Sure it’s not a 24 hour place like an IHOP, but the food is quite a bit better, and meant to be comfort food. It’s hard for me to choose what to get every time I’m here due to everything being pretty darn tasty. I recommend the country fried steak and meatloaf if you’re loking for a filling dinner, and their burgers are impressive since that’s not this type of restaurant’s forte. The country store in the front is a wonderful bit of nostalgia for those of us over 20 years old to be able to see some DVDs of shows we watched as kids as well as really cool candies that we might’ve had, or our parents had while growing up.

Was very excited about CB building a new location only blocks from where I work. I have stopped and eaten at many CB across the USA. In the last 7 – 8 months I have gone into this CB3 times in a group of 4 – 6, each time for breakfast. All 3 times the food was not hot, once the biscuits were like hockey pucks, hard and cold. Service was ok, I called a young acting manager over on one occasion and explained the cold glaze over the grits and the hash brown casserole was ice cold. His comment back was«well sir you seemed to have eaten your food so I cannot comp your meal. I was short on time that day and ate my cold meal as I needed food and did not have the time to send it back. I was trying to let him know that this was my second time in and both breakfasts were cold, getting him to comp my meal was not on my mind.

CB is one of those places that seemed to be everywhere… or at least here in the TX, Southern region. It certainly is not my choice, but my wife seemed to like them better. Anyway, we just got into town after driving the last 6hr from Dallas. This was the first restaurant that’s near the hotel w/o going fast food. The wait was about 10min at about 730p, Friday night. After seated, we were greeted right away. We ordered within few min as we were all hungry and tired after the drive. For whatever reason as they were not that busy, but it still took a good 15min to get our food as by then, it was close to 8p. While waiting, we asked the waitress if she can bring out the bisquit/muffin first, but she didn’t do so until she brought out the whole meal. Anyway, I ordered the country fried steak, which wasn’t bad, but the portion was on the small size. My wife had the friend fish and hushpuppies, and my kids had chicken dumplings, fried chicken tenders with fries. Overall, the food is just OK as it’s your basic CB home cooking. I think I would have given this place 4 stars if the food was served a little quicker as by 8p, the place was half emply already. If this review had been written by my wife, she would have given the 4 stars. Bottom line is that it’s your basic country home cooking type of food.

The food was great but the server could have been at least a bit friendly or smile at least. She looked like she hated her job and didn’t want to be there. She didn’t acknowledge that she heard us when we were asking for something. She did ask a few times if everything was ok and if we needed drinks but she looked like someone was forcing her to do it. Next time I’ll go pick up the food and eat at home.

Fun games for the kids but the food was not what I have come to expect from a Cracker Barrel. The Pecan crusted catfish was raw in the middle and the rolls were bland. Disappointed in a restaurant I actually love going to. Hopefully a one time occurrence.

Your usual Cracker Barrel set up with a nice country store and restaurant. I actually really like shopping at the store to pick up unique gifts for hard to buy for people… they always have something. My kids really like it because they can get breakfast anytime. I would recommend them much more for breakfast as the lunch items are pretty standard. Can’t beat hot syrup for pancakes, YEAH!!! Solid service and the wait usually isn’t too bad even on busy days. Price is affordable so taking the entire family out doesn’t cost a fortune and you feel like you’re getting some decent food. Service is hit or miss depending on your server. Some of the servers are fantastic while others are just OK. In general a friendly place to pick up a unique gift or a good meal quickly.

Great food for a fair price. Table was kind of small for a party of five. Service was OK.

As you can see from my past reviews, I have been to and reviewed many Cracker Barrels. They have all received at least 4 stars for consistency and quality breakfast foods. That being said, here is the difference with this one and why I only give it 2 stars: The ham was bad. I don’t mean tasted bad, I mean it was rotten. Smelled and tasted rotten. Server did not get our order correct. I know they are new, but our server seemed to have little to no idea what she was doing. We came in on a Tuesday around 10 am, so they were not even close to busy, so I was even more perplexed by the bad service. Service was slow Floors are so slick, you can push a table like it is on ice. I actually stood to use the restroom and did not look when pulling my chair up to the table to leave, and pulled the old lady sitting behind me to our table(because the floors/tables/chairs are so slick.) by accidentally grabbing the back of her chair instead of mine.

Not a good Cracker Barrel! In general I like Cracker Barrel this one misses the mark. Monday morning and it was slow. We were seated and waited over 5 min before I went and found a server. Ordered biscuits and gravy and 2 scrambled eggs. Portion control!!! Biscuits were tiny compared to what I’m used to getting at cracker barrel, somewhere someone got my other egg and were still waiting for the Tabasco Sauce. it was clean and smelled great with the fire burning. Won’t be back we’ll stick with the Village Inn across the street much better service and value!

This was my first time going to a Cracker Barrel and it was a good time. We went on Labor day, so it was pretty crowded, but it did not take long to get a table — at most 10 minutes. If you have to wait there is plenty to do. They have plenty of seating outside and a few chess sets to play. Inside they have a very large store that you can browse. They offer a lot of different items — from food, candy, clothes, toys, gifts, trinkets, décor, and more. We came around 11am and we ordered breakfast… FOOD: Entrees: Mamas French Toast with added Hashbrowns Biscuits & Gravy Kids One Egg — comes with egg, biscuits and orange slices All the food was delicious. Customer Service: Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly. I’d come back here.

Went on Sunday around 1:30. Waited about 10 minutes to be seated. No problem. As expected. Was seated next to 2 empty tables. Waited about 10 minutes. No one acknowledged our presence. Would have liked something to drink. Other people were finally seated at the 2 empty tables and immediately a waitress showed up to take their orders. WTF. Got up and went to a better restaurant. Will probably never go back.

Tried coming back. This time the waitress dropped my bacon twice, man handled my biscuit as it was falling and dropped off the check. Too bad she forgot the syrup. We asked and waited 20 min. Breakfast was cold. Horrible service. Consistently horrible. Not coming back.

Pancakes are delicious. If you like hot, ask for the Tabasco Peppers on Vinegar. Service was great! When they opened the service was a little bit slow, but now they are up to speed.

What’s not to love about Cracker Barrel? Great country feel breakfast with so many options and many«healthy» choice options(egg beaters, turkey bacon and turkey sausage, sugar free syrups and low sugar preservatives, etc). I love the hash brown casserole and most every breakfast comes with grits. The«store» gift shop area is always fun to meander around whether you are waiting to be seated or after you eat.
