I eat a lot of meat and eggs so I try to be especially careful when purchasing meats since most grocery stores supply meat from animals that are mistreated and live in awful conditions. Lilac Hedge products are top-notch. I’ve met the farmers many times and their farm is in MA so it’s both sustainable and local. Grass fed products, pasture raised eggs, good prices. They’re at the Boston Public Market now which is great!

Recently bought some ground beef from their stand at the Dewey Square market. All I can say is wow– seriously amazing product! Super flavorful and had a lot of great marbling. Cooked up into some awesome burgers! I’ll definitely be returning for more
