I just went to the Chipotle in Montgomery Mall and had the worst experience I’ve had at Chipotle. I normally go to Chipotle with my kids once a week but I won’t go back to this one. I asked for a little more steak on my burrito. Not a lot mind you just a little since I didn’t even get a full spoon on my burrito. The girl said I can give you extra chicken and put more chicken on which I didn’t ask for. Then when I asked the next person his response was it will be extra. This has NEVER happened at any other Chipotle so I got upset. The managers response was we don’t have to serve people who are being rude. My response was I wouldn’t be rude if I had gotten what I asked for and not something I didn’t ask for. No wonder the line here is shorter than any other Chipotle I go to. They don’t know how to treat customers.

This is literally the worst Chipotle I have ever eaten at. I can deal with a slow line but I draw the line when servers have such a negative attitude toward their customers. I’ve been there three separate times and literally every time I have gotten food from this location the staff has been disrespectful and off putting. The last time I sampled some meat and quietly said to my sister I thought it was spicy two of the staff passive aggressively laughed at me because earlier they had stated it wasn’t. I called them out and the two girls denied it and said they didn’t care that I would be posting a negative review… Service like this is unprofessional and I would never recommend this location to anyone. Instead I would recommend going to literally any other fast food place at the mall.

The food servers are SLOW. The line is always long and this is probably the longest I’ve ever waited in a chipotle line. It’s torturous going to this chipotle. I’m used to the speedy service at the Democracy blvd and rockville pike location. It’s too bad because I will always avoid chipotle here.

Newly open at Montgomery Mall food court, service speed and portion size serving need to improve, but food are good anyway, there will be more star with improvement!
