We’ve toured this complex twice. The first time, we decided to «cheap out» and live in one of their less expensive sister communities. The second time, we went to look when we were ready to «upgrade» into a nicer apartment. The view is beautiful out there, but you’ll pay dearly for it! Their one bedrooms are pricey, but they also some of the largest one bedrooms we’ve seen at over 900 square feet. Plus, as they are getting older, we noticed that the ones we saw all needed some work. Busted countertops, broken tiles, etc. Nothing life threatening, but with the boom of new complexes in the Valley, it’s hard to justify the extra cost unless you just have to have the larger space. Management team is extremely nice. If we need to move into something larger before buying a home, this place would definitely be on our list.
