The WORST place I have ever ordered anything from!
I placed an order for a dozen long stemmed roses a week prior to when I wanted them delivered to a location in Beverly Hills. When I called to confirm that they were going to be delivered on the date in question, I was met by a very rude lady on the phone, who immediately transferred me to someone else. They didn’t seem to understand my question, but after speaking to them in slow and easy to understand words they eventually got what I wanted. I called back later in the afternoon since the flowers had not been delivered yet. I was hung up on. I called back again, and they said they were going to have the flowered delivered «sometime that night». They never made it to the destination.
They may be inexpensive, but their service is horrible! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

I just called to place an order and the lady who answered the phone was not friendly or professional AT ALL. After dishing out a bith of attitude, she told me to hang up the phone NOW and never call back here again. It was actually quite funny to hear. Sucks cause I was gonna place a large order. Oh well!
