Beware the price they charge you is more than double on menu board! Awful! Ordered a coffee — 1 egg — side of avocado never got avocado! And they charged my credit card double for the egg. They make up prices and don’t follow the board price.

Finally tried the beef tacos everyone at work was raving about and they are AMAZING! I got them yesterday and I am still thinking about them. I just wanted to give this place a shout out. Try the tacos!

Ten bucks for a decent taco plate in Beverly Hills, and no delivery fee? Sold! I’ve worked nearby for years and have never gone there, but today I decided to place a delivery request by phone. The food arrived quickly, and it was tasty. The only downside was the guy who answered the phone and took my order, so I’ve removed one star because of him. He seemed to be doing ten things at once and was rather curt, hanging up the phone quickly after taking my order without saying «thank you». So if you can deal with Mr. Sunshine, I recommend this place for lunch. Their vinaigrette dressing is fantastic!

Great café! I frequent this place after Pilates all the time. My friends also rave about this place. My favorite thing is the Greek salad with salmon (huge portions!!) but the hot teriyaki plates seem to be quite popular. Excellent customer service and there’s a parking lot with 2 hrs free around the corner.
The only thing I’d change is the chairs! I seriously feel like I’m going to break them (I’ve sat in a good number of them too) and I promise you, I’m a little Asian girl. Consider replacing them? :)

Love it here. The guys are really friendly and the food is good. My chicken tacos were really great, and I tried my two friends food too! One got the chicken teryaki bowl and one got the southwest chicken sandwich. All three were DELISH. I’m convinced everything on the menu will be tasty. Only downside is that they close at 4, which I understand since it’s more of a lunch place… but I’d love to get it to-​go for dinner! It’s walking distance from work so will definitely be coming back a ton!

This little place is fantastic! Prices are great, especially for this neighbourhood, and lattes are great. I had a open faced breakfast sandwich and it was great! I randomly came here after walking by it a billion times and finally decided to drop it to try it. Staff was super gracious, even when a lady complained about the minimum of $ 10 spent to use her credit card. She stormed out yelling and left. I on the other hand READ the sign that states that and in turn ordered that yummy sandwich in addition to my latte. Easy and less distress, not to mention I found a great place to grab some brekky. This is a great place for office employees in the area, plus locals like me that want to hide away from her typical haunts on Beverly Dr.

Fast and friendly service, great food specially the salmon and the bbq beef. They have gluten free cookies that are amazing and the owner/​chef made us tartar sauce from scratch for my pregnant wife. Will definitely be back

Let’s start with me placing my order through the phone for pickup. A 5 minute walk pickup* I was rushed & I literally had to tell the guy «wait!» to add another order. I found it rude & since it was my first time trying this place, I decided to brush it off. He quickly hanged up & didn’t even tell me how long it would take for the order to be ready. I wish I’d call again & asked but I felt silly already, so we went to pick up our lunch. Once we were at the register, I noticed the lunch special menu on a chalkboard & saw that one of our orders qualified for a «free» soda. We mentioned it to the cashier & he responded as if we were dumb & said: «If it’s there then, yes.» This was also after we had told him it was our first time there. The food was okay (chicken teriyaki & teriyaki beef plate), not the best but I should have guessed a $ 10 plate around BH wasn’t going to cut it. I ordered my beef plate with no rice & was given a plate with no seperators, so my salad was soggy & the beef wasn’t even juicy to begin with. My friend’s plate had seperators which is why I know they had them. She didn’t love her chicken teriyaki plate either. Dissapointed & doubt we’ll return.

I stopped by for a quick lunch in this cute café… I ordered salmon salad and iced coffee and then a smoothie to go. The salad was fresh, delicious and satisfying; great coffee and the smoothie was my dessert but was too full to finish it. I ordered the Strawberry Blondie Smoothie. I will always stop by here for a no fuss lunch or coffee break and dessert.

Staff was friendly and accommodating! I had the ahi tuna salad and loved it! The dressing was just right, the avocado was so ripe… YUM! Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a nice quick lunch.

Ordered a sandwich to go from here and it was actually pretty good and the price was reasonable, I just think they need to do more advertising and maybe drop off their menu to the local businesses, because I’ve worked in the area for 10 years and I didn’t even know this place existed. And I know I would order from them for delivery all the time if I could

My go to spot for quick breakfast grub. Their bkfst burritos and bagel sndwchs are tasty. Rubin! you have great customer service— staff here are nice and attentive. Coffee here is also very good and lets not forget their smoothies — - so geeeewwwwd. Thai tea bobaaaa. I love this place.

If you work in the 90 210– you know how expensive lunch can be… Café Modigliani has very good prices and their food is delicious! Their salads are huge… I’ve ordered here many times and have never been disappointed. Their needed drinks are delicious as well :) give them a try

Refreshing to see an affordable lunch option in Beverly Hills. While many other establishments in the area would like to pass off their premium costs due to the quality of the food, let’s face it, we are paying for prime real estate and pretentiousness.
For less than $ 11 I was given a MASSIVE plate of teriyaki chicken and beef. Definitely worth the trek if you’re in the area.

It doesn’t get better than this!!! BEST Tuna ever!!! LOVE the nice service and hospitality! I can’t wait to try more things!

Had to pick up something to eat before my dr appointment in the building next door, and stumbled across Café Modigliani on Unilocal.
It’s a somewhat standard looking sandwich shop/​lunch spot in a mostly corporate area (one of many on a small street!) with a decent selection of sandwiches, smoothies, Peet’s coffee, salads, a few entrees, candy, chips, soda, juices, tea, etc. Really well staffed with someone working the back kitchen (hot sandwiches, plates, etc), someone on cold sandwiches/​salads (I think), another person at the register/​working the coffee, and I think a fourth guy was hanging out because it was an off time. But either way, well-​staffed and friendly!
I got a veggie sandwich on wheat (with no cheese and no mayo – yay for a vegan meal) which was good. The bread was toasted and it was a neat, well put together sandwich of lettuce, tomato, avocado, and… cucumbers, was it? Nothing to write home about, but filling and I’m always happy to find something non-​salady that’s still vegan.
My husband got a philly cheesesteak (on the recommendation from the cashier) but when it came out, we were both a little underwhelmed because of its size (kinda small looking)… BUT, (he says) it was surprisingly good. Bits of bell peppers chopped up and cooked with the meat, plus the cheese on yummy bread (I forget what kind). Would recommend it.
Pretty sure I wouldn’t come back to this area specifically to eat here, especially when street parking is pretty rare and hard to find. But, if you’re already in the area for work or an appointment or something else, not a bad place to stop by!
