McDonald’s

I know it’s McDonald’s, but this is the worst one I’ve been. The cashiers don’t know what they’re doing and are slow. I’ve been overcharged at least twice. Once only 80 cents over and the other was $ 3 over! The worst part was that the manager didn’t even apologize and made it as if it was my fault. The manager’s attitude was terrible. No smile, no apology. And she wasn’t nice to her employee/​cashier. The cashier took forever to order the three people ahead of me and then took forever to order mine. I was only refunded my 80 cents. I didn’t get a refund of my $ 3 bc it was too chaotic to even go back and get it.
If you’re ok with bad service and have time to waste, this is the place to be. Otherwise go somewhere else.

Cashier had worst attitude! Two orders were wrong.
Cashier walked by and said we close at 10pm I looked at my phone and it was 8:40pm. Very Rude individual who needs to be trained properly.

I’ve stopped in here on my way back from skiing a couple times. It’s always sort of a wreck in here but this last weekend was the absolute worst.
FOOD:
This is the same McDonald’s food you normally get, but everything is discombobulated and done incorrectly. I overheard several people complaining about incorrect orders. Lo and behold, my order was incorrect too. My daughter asked for a «plain» cheeseburger (just meat, cheese, and bread). The cheeseburger was labeled with a receipt sticker that said «plain» yet all the fixings (ketchup, mustard, pickles, and onions) were on the burger.
SERVICE:
Isn’t fast food supposed to be fast? Between the lack of enough staff, the workers mixing up all the orders, and the general carelessness this place is pretty much the pits. Please don’t dump my fries in the bag upside down so when I try to pick them up none are left in the holder. Please put all the ingredients in between the bun so things aren’t hanging out and falling out. Every other McD’s can do it, why can’t you?
CLEANLINESS:
The bathrooms here are gawd-​awful. Please, someone, anyone, do something about this.

Food was ok except for the mozzarella sticks, I wouldn’t feed them to my dog and was given no sauce for them. I got aggravated though when I asked for extra ketchup and was told we are running out so I couldn’t get more. Spent almost $ 30 and was allotted 4 packages of ketchup. Won’t be back

Came here to get a quick meal and carb up with my group before we hit the slopes.
The worse McDonald’s location EVER. After reading other Unilocalers reviews I am not the only who has had such a horrible experience.
Cons:
–cashier’s do not get your order right
–hard to communicate with cashier’s
–no egg whites or mcgriddles (01.02.16) yet still on the menu
–long lines
–even longer via drive-​thru
–packed house
–uncleaned tables
–dirty bathrooms
Pros:
–bathrooms open to public
The only reason i would ever come back to this McDonald’s is to use the restroom (with caution). I would never ever order from this location again.

Stopped by here for a quick bite for breakfast and before we hit the slopes. Upon arrival this place was packed from the drive-​thru to dining in. My party (10) and I decided to dine in. Although it was packed, there were a few cashiers to speed up orders. However, one of the cashier’s that we went to gave us the worse service and experience ever at a McDonald’s.
Placing our orders; started with the mcgriddle meal (can’t remember the meal #) but the cashier said they don’t serve mcgriddle’s (so then why is up there to order) so then asked for the eggwhite meal; she then says we don’t have egg whites (again so why didn’t anyone block it out of the menu!?) so decided on the sausage biscuit meal #5 and to remind you that these were all meals that we are ordering. After reiterating the # we chose for our orders the cashier still had to ask us if these were all meals.
Once our number was called only about half the orders were correct and some of them were meals.
I would never have to Unilocal a McDonald’s but after this experience stay away from this location and from reading recent reviews from other Unilocalers we seem to share the same experience.

again, like any other mcdonalds food. its plan and over priced. but again you don’t go here to save money, or for the great tasting food. You go here for the kids and something fast.
This place is fast if you can get past the rednecks that love to come here.

Garbage and beyond pissed. Our total was 36.00 and we received 20.00 worth of food that we ordered. First… we waited 30 min for our food. 3 cars ahead (all were waiting as well) received there food before us and seemed to have the wrong order. 2^nd… we received a bag of food which contained 3 double cheese burgers and the guy told us «have a nice day». Luckily I was out of the car and told him «no…try again». 10 min later he came back with a big bag and said the same thing. «have a good day». We accepted cause we wanted to get home. They forgot half our order. Corporate call is the only thing that makes sense which I’ve never done, but it’s very late and we’re tired. Please get more payroll or better employees… it’s hard to pen point who to blame.

If I could give zero stars I would, by far the worst experience ever at a McDonalds.
We went on ¹²⁄₂₆ in the drive thru to get something quickly before we hit the road back home and what a mess it was. This location must be understaffed, because everyone would place their order, pay, and then when you get to the window to pick up your items, they have you pull off to the side in a parking stall to wait for them to bring it to you– I know this happens every once in awhile, but with every single customer?
All in all, the trip to the drive thru took 45 MINUTES. I’m not even exaggerating; our receipt read 10:27am and but did not get out of the parking lot until almost 11:30, because all of the backup in the parking lot subsequently created a huge line for trying to get out of there, and of course we get stuck behind a person that wants to turn left but isn’t signaling.
If we come back to Big Bear, no way would I ever even consider visiting this McDonalds, it’s the worst one there is!

This place can’t get their orders right! Check your bag and food before you leave. I ordered a double cheeseburger plain and instead I get a plain cheeseburger with a paper on the wrapper that says it’s a double cheeseburger. I drove off assuming they got my order right. Also, I ordered milk with my kids happy meal and they forgot that too! This McDonald’s is the worse drive thru!

Glad to see the reviews are finally catching up to the abhorrent abuse they have been dishing out to the global population in the disguise of so called food for decades now. Time for the M to follow the way of the Dodo bird.

We ordered two number 5’s and received a number 4 and 5. My husband mentioned it and the employee argued with him and then finally said she would change it for him. He said never mind and we left.
It’s Mc Donalds so I don’t expect much, but this bothered me.
Just say sorry and change the sandwich for goodness sake.

FYI this is not open 24hrs. I went to order at about 2am and they said they were closed. Then I went to ⁷⁄₁₁ and the guy on the counter told me that they should be open.

Jesus Christ, do NOT go here unless you’re about to literally starve to death. Even then, I’d suggest heading next door for a mediocre 7 Eleven hot dog. The employees take forever to throw some preheated food in a bag, and apparently the concept of «put sauce in the bag with the Mcnuggets because people don’t want to eat dry fucking chicken nuggets and they told me which sauce they would like two times» is too difficult for them to grasp. And apparently going back for said sauces requires a «please pull forward so my manager can speak with you.» Umm what conversation do we need to have besides «here are the sauces that my brain-​dead employees failed to provide»? To top it off, when we finally had all the necessary components of our «meal,» everything was barely warm. Do NOT go here. The sweet embrace of starvation and death is preferable to having to interact with these idiots.

Very polite and prompt but not very careful about getting their orders right. They didn’t include two drinks and the tea bag for our tea. Check bags before leaving drive through!

Craving a late night treat? Don’t go here! Waited in drive thru line for 20 minutes after we ordered and never got to the 1^st window to pay before losing our craving and leaving the rediculously slow line. It looked as if only one employee was somewhat working and no one else in site.

Just dismal !
Ordering: 5 minutes.
Placing the order required numerous corrections; finally I had to say, start over please. What IQ does it take to accurately take 3 items from a customer? Here? A lot!

They forgot the two pies we ordered.
Just fire everyone there. Please. American workers have become such passive aggressive pathetic looser that can’t even place a pre-​made sandwich into a bag. We deserve to be invaded and have humans turned into slaves. But, I doubt anyone anywhere would want our level of IQ which is, I’d say, hovering near 60.

They are short staffed but still serves food in a timely manner with a smile… And of course a free wifi… Since my network is not that good I definitely need some help… Lol… A good way to start ur day…

McDonald’s is what it is… so this is not a food review it is a review of the dicey service.
They are fast for Big Bear (which is in a relaxed time zone of it’s own) but other reviews are right food is tempid at best.
The two stars are because they are almost always Friendly which is very nice.
Sadly the last 3 to 6 months they have, rarely, gotten the orders right. Because they are a happy bunch it seems rude to check every order at the window. But the wide variations from orders can be disheartening. I’ve decided to enjoy the humor in the situation by posting pictures of this stores more creative impulses.

I didn’t get food poisoning so that’s a plus. I grabbed drive thru bites on the way down to civilization and was in a bit of a hurry so I got a number one. Nastiest Big Mac i’ve ever seen, not stacked correctly in anyway. I uploaded a picture of it. Fries were on the border between acceptable and not acceptable. I ate half of them before they crossed the line completely.
