Wanted a late night snack. Arrived 10 minutes before they closed and was told that they were out of beans. I’m pretty sure they just didn’t want to make the food and wanted to go home.

It makes me sad to see there are so many bad reviews for this location.
We were getting food for about 15 people which meant a ton of items. The guy at the drive thru window was super cool, funny and thorough on making sure our order was correct. We had a line behind us and I told him I would drive around to double check. When we did check, we were only missing a taco. I went back in and the staff was more than happy to fix our order and add a ton of cinnamon twists. Great staff all around!

Decided to stop at Taco Bell before continuing our drive to our campsite on the backside of the lake… terrible idea! It was a Friday evening and there was no one in site at this Taco Bell. I mean no one!!! We reluctantly decided to give it a try and instantly regretted it. My boyfriend and his friend were sick about 20 minutes after eating and we’re constantly having to running to the bathroom. Every time I pass this Taco Bell and see people in line I feel terrible for what is about to happen to them. Not to mention they screwed up our order and the food was cold, and it’s not like it was busy and they were rushing.

watch your change back in the drive thru. sometimes they ask if you want your pennies back. this time i had to ask for all my change back and i get from the girl ‘its just 2 pennies’. she does this all day then takes home free money… wonder if taco bell cares she is ripping off customers

My husband and I decided to come to Taco Bell because our 7 year old grandson really wanted to eat something from Taco Bell. Being a local I should have known better. We stood at the counter for a very long time before anyone even came to the counter. The sad thing is, 2 workers looked right at us and never once said anything. When we got our food, which was fine, we had to go back to get our drinks. I know this seems petty but there was no one inside and no one in the drive thru. In other words, no reason for such poor customer service. And they even had gaul to question us, seeing as I never left the counter with the food tray! Now, I remember why we never come here.

This Taco Bell just didn’t have cleanliness you’d expect for a major chain. I walked in and was not impressed with the dining area or the beverage area. The service was basic at best and the food was OK. I would rather just pass on this place next time.

Not the cleanest Taco Bell but not the dirties I’ve ever seen. The workers here are not the nicest though. The food was probably my least favorite of the taco bells that I have tried. But if your hungry and need something cheap, this is pretty good.

Stopped by for some take out during Sunday Night Football since our hotel was just down the street. Went through the drive thru and they were very fast with out order which included about 5 items. The girl at the drive thru was very nice and confirmed everything on my order as she was handing it to me. I didn’t expect much from a small town Taco Bell since I’m not sure if there are even enough people in Big Bear to eat here but hey, they got my order out quickly and correctly, which is all I need.

Super slow. It took forever for us to get our food through the drive through. I understand it was Big Bear and a resort town where things may be a little more laid back but it was crazy. It took nearly 15 minutes.
My guy were wondering if he was the only working. Food was Taco Bell. Get what you pay for but the boys enjoyed it — once they got it

I had the Cantina Burrito, which was fine. I’d, of course, prefer going to a more authentic Mexican joint or even Chipotle, but this is the one that we passed by while visiting Big Bear for a weekend. I’ve tried the Cantina Bowl before, but found that the Cantina Burrito was better.
I wouldn’t mind coming back to this one if I’m craving Taco Bell during another Big Bear Trip. This location is older and empty, and with ok service.

We strolled by on a Sunday night and they were closed! We’d had a long day of drinking on the slopes and we needed something, anything.
So we ended up driving through Mc Donalds…
Definately aren’t serving Fourthmeal at this location.
