Masri Clinic For Laser and Cosmetic Surgery

Bought a groupon for botox. Only for 15 units which is not nearly enough to do anything. they are like a factory and upset once you’re there. super unprofessional

Terrible clinic. Between my initial consultation and first treatment I was told 2 different opposing opinions about the expectations for my results. I never returned for a follow up treatment, after I requested I be contacted by a manager and I received no call. Not worth risking your health with these people, they don’t take anything seriously enough to be worthy of your money.

Please don’t waste your time with this place. It is literally a waste if time. The two times I was there it was over an hour wait even when I called in advance to verify they were on time. Staff is not helpful at all. Just plain rude.

I have been very interested in laser hair removal and I have been doing my homework. I saw on Groupon that Masri Clinic in Birmingham had a pretty good deal so I called to get some more information and the girl who answered was not very friendly. I work for a dental office and if I ever answered the phone the way she did my boss wouldnt be very happy. The goal is to attract new patients not scare them off. I cant imagine how they treat their existing patients. No wonder they are running a groupon special but how in the world do they expect to get business when they have bad customer service? Hopefully a manager sees this and address’ how the front desk is answering their phones. Theres lots of compition out there so you guys should get it together sooner rather then later :)

Dr. Masri is great, but most of the rest of the staff is not very helpful. After being a client here for several years. They suddenly started insisting on payment up front, claiming that it had «always“been the office policy. Sorry folks… I find this offensive and tacky and will definitely be looking elsewhere!

I agree with Kim. Same exact Groupon story.
After 4 successful treatments (treatments, not visits. visits=poor customer service. cancelled appointments on me, didn’t actually have the appointment scheduled, late starting time of appointments) of the first body part, I paid to have a second part of my body get treated.
6 full treatments of body area #1, with A LOT of regrowth.
I have only been 3 times for my second body area and have seen poor results. I don’t think the laser settings were correct on the 2^nd and 3^rd treatment. I say I have only been 3 times because I can’t get another appointment!
I paid full price with their word laser treatments could be done on Saturdays and later in the evenings. Now I can’t get a Saturday appointment through August and can’t have a week appointment after 4:30 becuase it is laser hair treament.
6 week intervals is no good when you can’t get an appointment for 3 months.
I do not think the employees are friendly at all.
I have yet to call the Dearborn location to see if I can get an appointment there.
