I stopped by Party City yesterday night to purchase some pirate costume pieces for my son. The sign at the door said they were remodeling and to excuse the mess, but the store was pretty well organized. My problem was with the employees. The cashier talked on her bluetooth headset the whole time she rang me up, and when she couldn’t find the price for something she became agitated and told me to «go find the SKU», then proceeded to go back to her conversation on the phone. While I tried to find the item, the employees in the store just stood around watching and talking among themselves. It didn’t seem like anyone was minding the store, so to speak. I doubt I’ll return after the service there.
