Chipotle Mexican Grill

Not sure what it is about this chipotle, but the «system» they have is very unorganized and inefficient. The line is almost always long, and even with what seems like a short line you end up waiting a minimum of 20 – 25 minutes. And I can never figure out why. As for the food, the last couple of times I’ve been it’s been very subpar. Fatty, tasteless meats, watery lettuce, and skimpy portions doesn’t make the long wait worthline. Not sure if I just hit them on a couple of bad days or what, but the food quality has certainly gone down. Definitely order online, you’ll save yourself at least half an hour of your life.

If you don’t order online the wait times can be hella long! It’s much better to use their app so you can skip the line and so you get free guacamole! The food is delicious and fresh

The people here are very friendly! And the burrito is AMAZINGG. The décor is minimalist. And their music hits the spot as corn, cheese, carnitas, beans, rice and tomatos all dancing in my mouth into my belly. I’m in love with you Chipotle!

First visit with my family to a Chipolte. The service was exceptional! And the food amazing!!! I highly recommend this place for a quick meal!

The guy who made my burrito had a hella awkward personality. My burrito fell apart as soon as I came home. Chicken was overcooked. ³⁄₁₀.

The employees were not friendly or attentive. The portions were very small, I’m a 13 year old and it didn’t fill me up. everything was pretty expensive. Everyone is always telling me that chipotle is the best restaurant in town but it was certainly not. I am glad to say I am never going back.

Definitely better than Taco Bell. The food was pretty good, but just as expensive as eating at a sit down restaurant. It’s nice being able to see how fresh the food is since you watch them cook the food.
If you’re looking for fresh food that tastes pretty good that is also not cheap give Chipotle a try.

Visited 5÷31÷15 at 7pm. It was a line but Chipotles usually go pretty fast so our party of 4 got in line. 1^st mistake. It took almost 30 minutes to get through the line. I couldn’t tell what the hold ups were because when we got to serving line we got on through. The servers were the non-​personality crew. They looked like they wished they were anywhere but there. Skimpy skimpy portions on our items except sour cream. The the bowls and tacos were specifically requested as, «Light on sour cream. Just a little!» That guy must have rounded up the spoon of it and plopped it on. The other portions were so small that the sour cream covered it up. I am glad I don’t like sour cream and didn’t get any. Our bill $ 42 and change! For what we got? Two bowls and one taco were not finished. They couldn’t find anymore food swimming in the sour cream. Yuck! The food was really spicy even though we requested mild. The dining room was not clean. It is not that large so someone to wipe down tables and at least sweep up floor would be nice. A worker came out to hand someone something in dining area with his gloves on. Touching door knobs and whatever in dining room. He goes back into kitchen handling food without washing hands or changing gloves. We were already done with the place, however, that action pushed us over the edge. We can get better $ 42 worth of food elsewhere.

Compared to all the Chipotle’s I’ve been to, I think this has to be one of the good ones. I’ve been here more than dozen times and the service was generally satisfying. The food was sometimes cold and dry, but it was mostly fresh and cooked deliciously.
The portion of the food to price ratio is pretty balanced too. It really is based on how and what you ask the workers there.
The environment of the restaurant is vibrant. There’s limited place to sit and eat, but generally, all the tables are cleaned for the consumers to use without losing their appetite.
As for the location of the restaurant, I’m not a big fan. Finding a place to park is almost impossible at busy hours.

I just love Chipotle. Being from India I love spicy food and Chipotle has lot of options to satisfy my taste buds. I am a vegetarian and still love the only veggie option I have here. Imagine being a non vegetarian how many delicious options you would have. This is a must try for all people in Blacksburg.
I go here like two times every week.

The food was prepared wonderfully! The staff made a point of catering to our ten year old daughter. They were wonderful, making sure her meal was prepared the way she wanted it.

The Food: We ordered two chicken bowls, kids meal, and a side of guac…$ 22. They were very stingy with their veggies (sautéed green pepper & onion). I asked for extra and maybe got the equivalent of ½ cup. Sometimes the chicken is good, sometimes it seems dry. We so love their guacamole and chips.
The Service: The customer service at this restaurant leaves something to be desired. The staff could be more friendly and welcoming. Every time we’ve been here the servers seem indifferent and patronizing. They rush you through the line even when it isn’t crowded. They have a kids menu, but we didn’t see it posted.
The Atmosphere: Mostly bar stools and long tables with two 4 top tables and some outdoor seating outback. We believe it said maximum occupancy is 67. Most people get it to go.
Cleanliness: Seemed clean, tables could be wiped down more frequently. We seem to always get a table right after someone vacates. We like when they posted they were out of antibiotic free chicken at the time.

This was my first Chipotle experience and while I’d heard some overwhelmingly bad feedback from people on here I’d also been told by others that I NEED to try Chipotle at least once and I would «never go back to Moe’s.»
Well, fact of the matter is that, in Blacksburg at least, I’ll probably just go to some other Mexican restaurant that I like better.
The service was mediocre. The food was average. Nothing wowed me but nothing disgusted me. I might go back if my friends really want some Chipotle but it’s not a decision I’ll make on my own.

This is the WORST Chipotle I have ever gone too!(So sad) No flavor at all and they serve you like if you’re a 4 year old. My steak was bleeding blood and the blood was all over my tortilla! So gross! Never coming here again!

I’ve been to better. Chips were way too salty. My burrito was mushy/​wet and poorly wrapped (it looked like a cube, and thus was hard to eat). The flavor of the corn or something was strange and did not complement the rest of the burrito.

I’ve been there multiple times. every time is getting worse than before.
The chicken has fat and viscose stuff that they didn’t remove and you can’t remove them too … because of plastic fork and knife.
Pinto bean is made with pork (pig’s meat) which they didn’t warn us!!!
they should mention what is this ingredient.
also I thought the sauce is mayonnaise but it was sour cream. Ugh!!! It’s awful.
I strongly don’t recommend this place.

Worst chipotle ever! Worst service! They are incompetent and in such a rush that only half of anything you ask for actually makes it into your bowl since the rest just falls out to the sides. Some of my food fell on the counter and the hippo with the dyed pink hair had the audacity to grab my fallen food with her hand and put it right back into my bowl! Am I not standing right in front of you! That is unhygienic on so many levels!!!
There’s a famous saying in Spanish that goes something like this: «dress me slow, I’m in a hurry!» meaning that sometimes if you are rushing its best to slow down to be more precise and do things right the first time! They could use to practice this phrase in this establishment.
For me to give a Chipotle 1star, you know it’s gotta be bad! I’ve eaten at almost every Chipotle across the US, and this has for to be the worst.
Rudeness, eye-​rolling, talking back, unhygienic practices, I thought I was next to a college campus but maybe I’m mistaking it for Junior High!
I will never eat here again!

It has been packed every time I have gone here, but the service has still been quick and friendly. Seating can be a problem during peak hours.
