Can’t speak to the prices much as I was just here to have my watch repaired but they were so nice and friendly. They removed my link in my watch for free and I could watch them do it so I was sure I got the real gold link back which is worth a lot of money alone. I heard horror stories about taking your watch in to get a link removed at random places and they give you back fake links and steal your gold but this is a very safe and reputable jeweler, so no worries here. They have a nice selection of Rolex watches but I agree they have more watches than jewelry. The sales women told me they a jewelry designer come in about once a month to give a free workshop, he brings in loose stones and explains how you can have a custom setting made. He also brings in samples and ideas of other designs to get inspiration from. I’ll have to check one of those workshops out soon and update my review.

Shopping for jewelry should be an experience for the shopper and the sales people at Osterman will ensure that it’s a wonderful time. I’ve been to Osterman twice for watches. Both times the sales person who assisted me listened to my preferences and helped me choose a watch that fit me. They answered all my questions about warranty and best practices to keeping watches working. Also, my dad helped me bargain which was great. I think overall for the jewelry stores in the MOA, if you tell a sales person you’re going to look at another store you can get some sort of discount on certain items. It doesn’t hurt to ask if they can go down in price. I love the Tissot I got from there and the warranty they offered. I can’t help but think nice thoughts of the sales people when I pass by because they were so friendly and I didn’t feel pressured into buying anything. Also, you can stop in to get your jewelry cleaned too. I think their watch section is better than their jewelry section to be honest, both in quantity of selections and styles.
