Excellent customer service. I went in today twenty minutes after closing, and Michael stayed late to do my nails and did a fabulous job. The staff are always smiling and so hospitable and welcoming. Mai, Gwen, and Michael are great!

I stumbled on this nail salon hoping there work would last and it sure does :) there very clean which is an A+ in my eyes and there pedicures lasts up to three weeks that’s amazing. I have been to other salons and nothing compares to south town !!!.

Only place I’ve found that does a pedicure with a paraffin wax treatment for less than $ 50! I’ve been going here for a couple years now. Stays busy but you never have to wait more than 5 minutes. Mai sites the best job on mani AND pedi, speaks the best English and is a lot more friendly/​caring. Doesn’t forget/​skip any steps and gives a wonderful massage. Went there on a Monday and a new older woman did a HORRIBLE job. Came back and Mai redid the entire full set for free and did a color and design for $ 5. I would give this place a 5 if everyone could be like her!
