Sunshine Carpet & Airduct Cleaning

Awful. Used a discount coupon and they ended up charging more than the original price it was worth. Basically a bait and switch operation.
— Chemicals spilled and not cleaned up by cleaners
— Cleaners didn’t return a single piece of furniture they moved and I had to move everything back myself
— Torn my carpet up from the floor and didn’t tell me or attempt to fix it

This was an absolute JOKE! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! Totally bait/​switch scam scenarios. I bought two rooms for $ 40 on the Groupon Deal. He tried to up-​sell me on more rooms then I asked for, and then said he was «bummed because he thought he was going to be able to pay his rent by cleaning my entire home.» Super unprofessional and rude. I told them I only wanted my Groupon deal for the 2 rooms and he said it would be an additional $ 30 per stain/​tough area and then added a third room for $ 25. I ended up paying $ 40 for the Groupon and $ 94.67 when they arrived. In total I paid $ 134.67 for 2 rooms and a hallway that is considered only 100sq ft. I could have gotten all of that taken care of from Stanley Steemer for $ 75.00 plus tax with their recent coupons. I AM SO PISSED AT MYSELF FOR LETTING THEM DO THE JOB. I will be reporting them to the BBB, so this does not continue with other potential customers. Don’t get sucked into there deals, in the end Stanley Steemers is actually cheaper. Groupon will be contacted as well on this matter. They will never be able to promote through Groupon in the future. They also DO NOT accept credit cards, and they tell you this after the job is done and you are trying to pay. Again, how disorganized and unprofessional can a mobile carpet business be?

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! IT IS A SCAM! We bought a groupon and once they came to our house they said they wanted $ 52 extra for ‘tough spots”. Our carpet was cleaned a month earlier so there were no ’ tough spots’, we just wanted to use the groupon. The 2 men working said they needed to call their boss then and went outside to their van and LEFT. I called their boss and he hung up on me. Do not use them! I am getting my money back from Groupon!
