EXCELLENTCUSTOMERSERVICE! I came here after a horrible experience I had at the Orland Park store. These two stores are like night and day. Andrew D was my salesman here at the Bolingbrook location. I was switching phone plans and upgrading my phone. He took the time to listen to me and to answer all of my questions. He was very pleasant and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman! Whenever I’ve gone into the Orland store everyone there acts like you are bothering them, which is complete opposite of this store. Everyone here at the Bolingbrook store went out of their way to be helpful. I would definitely recommend this store to everyone! Thank you to Andrew D. If the Orland store had more employees like him, they probably would have better Unilocal reviews.

Unfortunately, this location has terrible service. Hubby and I went in to get a new phone yesterday, and were greeted by a woman at the front who asked for our information, and told us that we were signed in and would be 4th in line. Waited for about a half hour before checking back at the front re how much longer it would be. It looked like all of the other customers that were there around the time we were had come and gone. The new person at the front told us that she didn’t know what had happened and that she was unable to find us on the wait list. The new person goes to the back and asks the initial woman what had happened who also claims not to know. They come back and tell us they can put us back in as 4th on the list. Didn’t even ask how long we had already been waiting. Given the lack of common sense and technical know-how to properly sign us in to the waitlist at the Boughton Rd. location, we decided to go elsewhere. Went to the AT&T store on 75th at Lemont Rd, and the service was beyond our expectations. The salesman was low pressure, extremely knowledgeable about the phones and had great practical advice. This location is also bigger, brighter, and has a nicer layout. Such a difference! Will be going back and recommending this one to friends and family.

Always have had a great shopping experience when very I go there. This time was no exception. Was helped by Graham who was helpful, offered the add-ons without being pushy and was very knowledgable.

Horrible location. I got talked into the«Next» program but came back a few days later after I changed my mind to switch to a normal plan. A customer service rep began to adjust my account when she realized she couldn’t complete the reversal without a manager(who wasn’t there). She realized this about an hour into my visit. She attempted to get a hold of the manager on call but the manager wasn’t familiar with the reversal process. Unfortunately, she couldn’t again reverse what she had already done and insisted they had to hold onto my phone overnight! After 2 hours of frustration, I gave in and left my phone overnight. I came in the next day and the manager was able to complete the process in about 45 minutes. He questioned me the entire time as to why I thought the Next plan was a bad deal. I did the simple math for him and he finally let it go. AT&T needs to fully train their employees before they release new products & services! There also seems to be a morale issue at this store. Throughout my 2 hour visit, the customer service rep complained to me about scheduling, poor management, lack of training. Not appropriate.

I have AT&T, and having AT&T I have to go into the store on a tri-monthly basis for varying reasons. Now being a sanctioned, name on everything, honest to goodness AT&T store I would expect them to, maybe, I don’t know, have good cell reception in the store. Seriously, the sales guy told me there is a repeater in the store. For those not hip on the cellular world, a repeater takes the signal from a tower and amplifies it. So with this in place one would think that’s a sure fire 5 bars. I was lucky if I had three. The sale guys response was that the phone works the same with 1 bar as it does with 5. I told him he was a liar. Enough about AT&T network issues, let’s get on to the store itself. It’s clean, but there’s almost nothing in it. As soon as you walk in they put you on a list, basically take a number and one of the 10 people standing around will help you when they finish their round of Candy Crush. I am an iPhone person, and I have the iPhone 5. It apparently uses the same case as the new 5s. But for some reason AT&T thinks that they only need 10 cases to choose from. 6 of those being the big bulky Otterbox. If you want a slim medium strength case then you have to decide on white, black or pink. Thanks AT&T, now I have to gingerly use my phone until the case I order off the internet shows up. I would have paid you the 30 – 35 bucks but because you are afraid to excel at anything I have to look elsewhere. BTW, this was a two star review until now when I made myself mad thinking about how AT&T sucks.

I have yet to find a corporation anywhere, in any line of business, that is more utterly incompetent than AT&T. Believe me, you will deeply regret the moment you sign up for U-Verse and begin the process of dealing with their overseas call center, then wait for technician after technician to visit your home in a fruitless effort to provide«service.» I had U-Verse TV, voice, and Internet installed four days ago. Today, I am waiting for my fourth service rep(in four days) to restore my phone service to the level it was on before they started to screw with it. My phone does not accept incoming calls. No one, and I MEANNOONE, working at AT&T has even a hint of a clue. My Internet does not work, either, although the TV component does.(Wild cheering.) This company is worthy of nothing other than contempt. How they remain in business is beyond me. If I could only have back the hours I spent on hold, and the hours I spend waiting to the tech to arrive, I would use that time to reflect on this disastrous experience — and then never call AT&T in the first place.

I was pleasantly surprised. I got great service here. I was looking to downgrade my plan since I am unemployed. I worked with Andrew. He was awesome. I highly recommend this place.

I absolutely hate A T & T. They bill your account before you are out the door, but it took MONTHS to get the credit back for service I never had. I went there 3 months in a row after receiving my bill with the same charge still on it and the reps there have to call some place else to get the thing straightened out. It is usually total chaos. They try to keep track of people in order, but sometimes others just walk in and start talking to the rep who is taking care of you ~ and they stop to help them instead of telling them where the sign in person is so they will be helped in the order in which they arrived. We have been waiting for U-Verse for over a year. Sometimes I really miss the good old days before everyone became obsessed with all the latest technology.
