Love the quality of the furniture but do not like this particular store. Go to another one, not this Bolingbrook store. The Manager is very unprofessional and the staff needs improvement as far as customer service goes. Absolute nightmare!

First, I love my furniture that I paid for. However, I have been disputing a $ 2000 charge for a purchase that I never made, how is this possible. I have paperwork showing what we paid for and they won’t take this unknown charge off my account. They agree that it isn’t my purchase but they won’t take it off my account, why? I have no idea. This is utterly ridiculous, to top it off I’ve had my furniture since April and contested the charge, and a few days back I received a call to see if I had received a table, talk about disorganized.

Customer service horrible. They get you to plan stuff, then don’t respect your time. They have this young kid Ryan, very disrespectful to the customer. They think that their time is the only time that is important. My money is just as good at another furniture store, one that respects the customer. Won’t be going there again

Charged for repair almost 2 weeks before it’s scheduled! I’ve had my Adler recliner since ’09, but it’s been seldom used. It cost me a little over $ 800. The wire to the mechanism that reclines the chair broke, and I called for repair. The lady I spoke with was very polite and informed me that the part has a lifetime warranty and it would be mailed it out to me. However, she said that either I have the replace the part or have it repaired. If I want it repaired, she would have someone call. After looking at the emailed instructions(very complicated) on replacing the part, I called back and said I’d like my chair repaired. In a couple of days I heard from the repair contractor(I think), and they said it would take almost two weeks before they can send someone out. Almost immediately, my credit card was charged $ 109. I complained to Lazy Boy management about the charge, and was told they would look into it. Well, I’ve not heard a word from them. In looking more closely at the charge, it was apparent that the charge to my credit card was made by Lazy Boy. I was planning on a matching couch later this year, but have changed my mind.

Dont go to this place! I spent a lot of money for a sectional. I spoke with Michelle Patierno the sales woman. She explained I will get exactly what was on the showroom floor, execpt for a Chasie instead of a Recliner. We did not want the recliner, we wanted a chaise. We got half the furniture within 2 days. We waited 5 weeks for the chaise. When it came in the sectional was a whole middle seat shorter than what was on the showroom floor. I called to have the problem resolved. The manager Mike had no say so in the situation. He stated, «we will have to wait for Michelle to come in to explain». 2 days later she did, but did not take responsibilty for her mistake. She states, «that she ordered 4 pieces and that’s what we got». However, she failed to inform him that my wife and I askeds her three time, «it will be exactly the same size as what’s on the showroom floor?» I have already spoken to the regional manger, Aziz. He was no help and claimed he was losing money. We spent close to $ 3000.00 for something we did not want. We are missing a piece of the sectional. They want us to pay an extra $ 300.00 for the missing piece.

i know La-Z-Boy used to be the cream of the crop, but I thought they might have cheaper stuff now. Especially since they ahve a huge store next to Ashley. But no, it was all expensive and seemingly overpriced. Oh well.
