Never call you back. Smoked in my nice armada during their appraisal. Sonny so good at sales watch out — «I’m not going to try to sell you a warranty, the lender covers it» apparently means I’m going to put it on the loan and not tell you it’s an option. Good one Sonny!

Very dishonest. Financial manager rude and will rip you off any way he can! I bought my last car here and gave them 3 stars. Went there recently to buy another and will never go back. Give them one star for effort on the salesman’s part. I feel sorry for the sales people that have to deal with the financial mgr. go somewhere else to purchase your car. You will get a better deal! We did! ;-)
