I stopped off here for a burrito before going to my terminal and wish I never did… I didn’t check Unilocal before going here… but looking back, I should have! The PROs –my bottle of water was fine The CONs –Amalia C, the woman at the front counter was unfriendly, unresponsive and I watched as she carried on shuffling tortilla chips while customers waited –my burrito hardly had any cheese or sauce… dry as hell! –veggies didn’t taste fresh and were beyond bland –burrito fell apart and was wrapped terribly –not worth the inflated price for such horrible food and service Overall this was one of the worst airport dining experiences I’ve had. I’d never return to this location the next time I’m at Logan and you’d be better off just waiting for pretzels and peanuts on your plane then taking a risk at this horrible dump.

Burrito Elito is terrible-O! There aren’t a wealth of other food options in Terminal E, and so I can understand if you’re drawn to the alluring promise of fast Mexican before boarding a plane. Avoid-O! Customer service is terrible, they barely made eye contact with us while we were ordering and paying for our expensive and underwhelming salads. Granted, you’re inevitably going to pay the airport markup fee, but we should have gotten twice the salad for what we paid. And it took roughly 10 – 15 minutes for them to make them. Do yourself a favor-O and go to the Cosi right next door. Better food, better service,(more) reasonable prices.

underwhelming burrito. Chicken was very salty. I would skip this place next time at Logan.

My flight was delayed and I, like many others, was forced to eat dinner at the terminal. This unexpected delay provided me very few options. After walking up and down the terminal, I ended up here– like many other poor, unfortunate souls. The burrito was so bad. Really bad. I began to dissect it thinking I could eat just a few of the ingredients and quickly realized the burrito in its entirety was undeniably horrible. Remove the flavor, texture, and assembly– and it may have been decent.(I am now describing a plain tortilla.) Considering the inflated airport price, I deserve an A for effort in my attempts to consume even a part of the«burrito.» But like many before me, I quickly tossed it in the trash. Save the $$$; I wish I did.

I love the taco salads here. Fresh cilantro and honey lime dressing. Service is sometimes not spectacular but the food makes up for it. Great for a change of pace from the typical airport pub fare.

I didn’t think this place was as bad as everyone else made it out to seem lol. On a time crunch, I stopped here to pick up something to go and eat in the JetBlue terminal. Choices looked pretty good, with a few healthier options. I went with the Mediterranean Steak Burrito Bowl with Brown Rice. Good amount of steak that was seasoned well. It was topped with pico de gallo, hummus, balsamic vinaigrette and chopped cucumbers. It was delicious, but I kind of didn’t feel too good afterwards. The burrito bowl was a good size for a decent price and service was quick considering there was no one else in line.

Well I ate it. And didn’t feel great after. Wasn’t the best, but I’m sure it could have been worse. Someone wrote huge burritos. Wonder what they saw. That was the smallest burrito ever. And horrible price for that. Guac was easily worst I’ve had. Don’t eat here.

Although this wasn’t my favorite stop on my trip to Boston, we were somewhat limited in the airport. I ordered a salad and wanted to customize it(since the menu appeared to offer customizable salads), but the associate acted as though I was doing something wrong. She said they only had the specific salads listed on the menu, so I had to alter one that was already listed. That hiccup aside, the salad was HUGE and I couldn’t eat all of it. For what airports charge for food, that was a nice surprise. It’s also nice to have a place that has plenty of vegetarian options for a salad other than greens. We also ordered the large chips & guacamole, which gave us a good amount of guac(probably over a cup). The guac wasn’t bad either! The rest of my party enjoyed their food, but didn’t love it.

Ordered a Mexicali breakfast burrito with«grilled» steak… they gave me one with sausage. I returned the sausage and asked for one with grilled steak. No apologies were given for the inconvenience. When I got the right one about halfway through the burrito all of the rice was undercooked… crunchy undercooked. So much potential… but get your Shiite together people!

Such limited selections in the Southwest Airlines wing at Logan… if it’s past DD/Breakfast time, this might be the best option. It’s a sorta-Chipotle clone, with a few more options. My BBQ burrito was pretty tasty, and had a proper balance of meat/veggies. And it didn’t fall apart like Chipotle always does. Added ½ star for the wide variety of hot sauces.

I should’ve known it was not going to be up to my standards as a Californian eating at a California burrito joint in Massachusetts. But I was hungry, I had a long day of flying ahead of me, and I just wanted some comfort food. Although it wasn’t terrible, it just wasn’t enjoyable to eat. Their burritos were poorly wrapped, ingredients half cold, and the tortilla seriously just came out of the fridge or something. I was quite sad. Plus it was expensive. Oh well. :(

Friendly service, but slow. HUGE burritos, but they messed up my order. Came excited, left as grumpy cat. Saving grace: Chicken Ceaser Burrito with EXTRA lettuce was .

Excellent choice for a health-conscious and/or vegetarian looking for food at Logan. Try the No-Meato bowl — delicious, fresh, flavorful and high-protein!

Good ingredients and lots of options but high prices and poor execution. I enjoyed the guac and the no meato burrito option. They made a classic mistake of folding the burrito in such a way that the top half was only salsa and beans, while the bottom half was guac and sour cream. I asked for jalapeños and got huge slices sometimes over a quarter inch thick. There was literally about two full peppers’ worth of fresh jalapeño on it. At ten dollars, not recommended.

If you get to the airport 3 hours early and want to see how slowly a human being can possibly move, go here. In any other case, avoid it.

Worst service and attitude. Don’t Unilocal much but this is worth it. Awful. Save time and a stomachache and go to Cosi. Horrible food, sitting on the hotline way too much.

Well, 5 stars when you take into account the airport restaurant handicap. Tasty breakfast burrito made with a bland tortilla.

Good service but one of the worst burritos I’ve ever had. All of the ingredients tasted watered down and like they’d been sitting around for a while. The salsa just tasted like unseasoned tomatoes.

Sadly disappointing, especially since they were nice enough to «customize» my quesadilla to try and make it spicy as per my taste preferences. The end result? An overly cheesy mess with«blackened»(aka burnt) chicken and no flavour(the added jalapenos made little to no difference). Not good when the sour cream is the most flavourful part of your meal. Needless to say, I could not – and did not – finish my meal. Too bad, since it’s such a colourful addition to Terminal E.

Burrito Elito is the Boston-Logan branch of the Washington, DC California Tortilla chain. For fast food, CalTort’s always been a solid option, and for being buried in the ass-end of Logan’s Terminal E, it’s a good choice for a nosh before climbing on a Southwest or AirTran flight. I’ve scarfed a lot of burritos from this chain, so I’m a little biased in favor of being able to grab one in a new location.
