The pizza here is pretty good but the service not so much. I ordered take out (pizza and salad) and was told that my order would be ready in 10 minutes. I waited in the restaurant for 30 minutes after which I asked what the status of my order was. The woman at the front went to the kitchen in the back and it seemed that my order wasn’t even entered but I was told it was coming right out. 10 minutes later I asked for a refund at which time the order finally came out. It was underdone but I was refunded my money plus the tip I had given. I feel like this was fair but the staff gave me an attitude even though they were the ones clearly at fault. In addition the restaurant wasn’t even that busy and people who came in for a slice after me were served right away.

I have been going to this place for about 5 – 6 years now for about every week or two and I love this place! The people here are friendly and the food here is delicious. My favorite things here are the wraps and pasta. I would always order the Buffalo Chicken Wrap or the Chicken Cutlet Pasta Parm with sausage! If you want a pizza, I would recommend the buffalo chicken with the bleu cheese. IT’S AMAZING!
I recommend this place if you’re around the South End area.

Nichole pizza has been using bail and switch tactics at least for 2 months. I just recently confronted them over this I was told they cannot be responsible for what Google says, OK no problem. So I placed order from menu in shop, when I was told item was more than on menu. They explained these are old menus. This is a sleazy way to do business. Will never use them again.

Best delivered wings that I’ve had – ever! Excellent Greek-​style pizza (with a thinner crust). Dependable delivery service: fast, friendly. I won’t get takeout pizza and wings anywhere else in the South End. The best!

This review is for Fro Yo only.
Fro yo is delicious. I always order the oreo/​york peppermint patty combo. Last summer I complained that they didn’t always have York and now that Amsterdam Café is shut down, they are the ONLY yogurt place in the neighborhood.
I didn’t go to Nicole’s all winter. I recently came back on a hot night and ordered the oreo/​york. The owner remembered me and said that he has been ordering extra york for me after I complained! How nice is that? They are super friendly — love the guys who work here.
My only complaint is that the prices are a little high. But like I said, this is the only Fro Yo Show in town, so I will be back here regularly this summer!

Ordered pizza from Nicole’s for delivery on a Sunday night. We decided to go with meatball and roasted red peppers as the toppings, with extra sauce and crispy crust.
The pizza came pretty quickly, probably around 30 minutes after the delivery time. I do enjoy the sauce and toppings from this place, but feel like the crust is a bit underwhelming. In addition, though we asked for it to be extra crispy, it was still a bit chewy and not quite crisped up enough in my opinion.
Overall, this place has the potential to serve up some quality pies, I just wish they’d work on figuring out a better option/​cooking style for their crust.

A South End favorite! Steak tip greek salad, egg plant parmesan, turkey club– these are some of my favorites. Their gyros are very good, too. Hamburger pizzas, delicious.
I really don’t understand some of the negative reviews here, because Nicole’s has inexpensive but great food and excellent service!

Totally disappointed! I ordered here craving a gyro sandwich. Every other delivery place around always gives you the frozen pieces of beef/​lamb that they throw on the grill and heat up. I expected something different, something fresh (AS THEIR WEBSITE ADVERTISES), but what I got is the same frozen stick of beef/​lamb that everyone serves. Not to mention 5 or 6 slices of these frozen meat sticks and soggy fries (with a slice of tomato and lettuce) is $ 11!!! If that gyro meat is fresh than I am the president.
The worst part about it… HOW CAN YOU SERVE A GYRO WITHOUT THE PITA AND TZATZIKI SAUCE!!!
Also, the fatuoush salad was missing radish and green pepper had carrots that somehow found their way into the salad.
I should just buy the ingredients at Costco and made the meal myself. This place was awful and I ripped up the menu after I opened my meal and will never order again.

Not a fan.
I used there bathroom, and on the way down there I couldnt help but notice poor cleanliness of the kitches area, and it only got worse once in the bathroom. The window was made of cardboard and any animal could sneek through. The workers did not have hairnets or gloves. the whole kitchen area is disgusting.
The food is mediocre at best, if you order a large sub they only use 8 oz. of meat and it does not come close to filling the sub so you end up with a ton of bread and no filling.

One of my favorite spots in the south end. Super friendly guys. I always either get the chicken or steak tips greek salad. PERFECT if you’re a little under the weather after a night out. Homemade greek dressing is so good. Pizza is less of a thing here. Go for steak tips meal or greek salad.

You know things are bad when you create an account because of a bad experience. I called in a delivery and they screwed up both of my subs. When I called to complain the guy was rude and unprofessional. When I said I didn’t want pickles or mayo he says just take it off. Really??? WTF! He refused to even give a credit. They are the worst. If you ever order make sure it is right at the very least. To top it off, the food is not even good. No steak on the sub, buffalo chicken was bland and the fries arrived ice cold. This place sucks. From now on Emilio’s it is. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Please kill me. Told me 45 mins. Now an hour and a half later and though they continue to tell me the delivery is on the way I am suspect. Now no answer at the restaurant. Embarrassing. Sad. Ridiculous. I honestly don’t understand places like this. Just close already and save the world the pain and agony. Can I give zero or negative stars?

This place is looking good with some of the renovations they’ve made! The name «Nicole’s Pizza» is deceiving. They have REALLY GOOD Middle Eastern (Lebanese) foods, including wraps, hummus, soups, & kebab. Give this place a try! Fahdi is REALLY NICE, friendly, & easy to talk to. He’ll make a great recommendation for you! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Absolutely. Terrible.
I called in an order of chicken fingers and when I got there about 15 minutes later the guy was just putting them in the deep-​fryer. Then I saw him touching the register, phone, counting money and wiping the sweat off his head with his plastic gloves. Then, with the same gloves on, he went over to the deep-​fryer and took one of my chicken tenders out, put it on his glove THAT HE DIDNT CHANGE, smelled it and then put it in my to-​go box. Needless to say I did not eat the meal. The worst part is the employee didn’t even know why I was mad when I told him what he did which leads me to believe this is common practice there.
Its a shame its really the only sub shop in the immediate are.
It looks like they started to renovate the place in the mid 80’s and then just forgot to finish it.
The pizza sits in one of those heating trays that looks like it came out of a candle pin bowling alley and tastes like wet cardboard.
Bogus.

Came here last night on a whim. Having just moved to the area, I’d try it, see if it was any better than Emelio’s.
It’s about the same I’d say. Decent, Greek style pizza as others refer it it as. Don’t expect gourmet — but I’d still prefer Nicole’s over Upper Crust any day of the week. Save some $$ and walk down here for some Za than spending half a fortune on Upper Curse — yes, Upper Curse.
They are nice people that work here too. I called in my order and I think they messed something up in the back on it, so it wasn’t ready by the time i got there — so they gave me a 2 Lt soda on the house — so that was nice.
Grab food here with confidence.

I suppose it’s the fact that it’s in the South End, but here we had yet another overpriced salad take-​out spot. The quality of the meat and greens was solid, just not nearly worth the price tag.

The greek pizza is greezy and the crust tastes stale. Not recommended. The subs are small, though they’re passable, food-​content wise. Nothing about this place stands out, other than the fact that its convenient to my house. I will avoid it.
PS, if you truly believe that Domino’s is the «best pizza EVER» then you are part of the Rebel Alliance, and a TRAITOR.
