Actually the worst-​a Starbucks staff member (Asian male) was smoking right next to a no smoking sign. After he was finished with what I presume was he break he asked me: «are you leaving?» As if I had to leave. It’s 2:30pm I the afternoon on a Saturday; I would like to think that they would want customers here
0⁄5 easy. Don’t break the law and then profile me as if that’s ok. My first and last time at this specific Starbucks. Fire this guy

Back when I worked in the Longwood area, I used to come to this Starbucks location nearly every single day. It is a small Starbucks nestled inside one of the BIDMC buildings, & although it tends to be less crowded than the Starbucks across from Boston Children’s Hospital, it still draws a crowd during the morning rush & lunchtime. As with all Starbucks coffee, the coffee here is consistently average, neither superb nor terrible.

Such incredibly friendly staff here. They were as busy as it gets, but they were by far the most pleasant Starbucks staff I have ever ordered from. Will definitely be coming back here when I’m in the area.

This location is fantastic. I think this is the friendliest staff of any Starbucks I have visited. They are also fast — every morning there is a super long line out the door but they churn out every variation on a café latte that you can possibly think of and they do with a smile on. And that’s what you want out of your morning coffee place.

The trick to this Starbucks is actually finding it — While the address lists 364 Brookline Ave, it’s actually on the corner of Huntington Ave and Binney St. It is in the basement of the Shapiro building at BI. This location is quite small with no indoor seating. If you’re looking for a place to chill, head to the other Starbucks one block away on Huntington Ave.
I stopped by this one today for a Mocha Frappachino — the staff was friendly and prompt. Overall, pretty standard Starbucks.
