Buy from this company at your own peril. Bought «reconditioned» stainless steel dishwasher 5 weeks ago (over $ 300, so it wasn’t old and beat up.) Paid plumber over $ 100 to install. Today, the START button stops working. I thought the dishwasher was reconditioned… I guess that doesn’t mean checking the wiring for any loose connections or defects. They would be happy to replace the dishwasher… if I uninstalled it and drove it ALL THE WAY back to Bothell, then reinstalled the replacement. Why would anyone spend half a day uninstalling and reinstalling an appliance? Not much faith that their replacement would fare any better than this one. Nothing ever goes wrong with their «reconditioned» appliances? I guess that’s why they don’t have anyone to repair their «reconditioned» appliances once installed, counting on most customers not being willing to uninstall their «reconditioned» appliance and drive all the way back out to their shop, and NO, they won’t pay for a local repairman to come and fix it. This company should be blacklisted for running a scam operation.

AMAZING customer service! My husband and I purchased a washer dryer set earlier this year and were recently experiencing some difficulties with an error code popping up halfway through a wash. The guys at this place were more than helpful and super friendly! They diagnosed and fixed the problem at no cost to us since we bought the product there and it didn’t require any replacement parts. They definitely stand behind their merchandise and value their customers. I truly appreciate this and would without hesitation purchase appliances here again.

We almost skipped this place in favor of a shop with previous Unilocal reviews but decided to give it a try because they are closest to our house of all the refurbished appliance places. So glad we did. Rick was really great to work with. We told him what we needed and he suggested options that made it clear he was in it to help us, not to upsell us or just make a buck. I appreciated this quality (almost) more than I did having a working washing machine. I’ve never purchased used appliances before and I was very nervous about it but it was a great experience and the washing machine works just fine. It’s not pretty but that’s okay (and he did have pretty ones, just not what we needed/​wanted). He even let us borrow his hand truck with just my husband’s first name as «ID» so we could bring him our old, broken washer (and gave us a discount with our trade in). We’ll be returning soon for a dryer and dishwasher.
