A huge selection of nothing with a staff that couldn’t care less. I was there mid-day on Saturday and was in the mode for a smoothie but finding anything good on the south shore is a challenge. This location, in the back of the food court, really said, don’t bother, but I did. The menu is all over the place and fills up every square inch. This says they don’t specialize on anything and usually don’t focus on quality. Well, this turned out to be so true. The staff was counting out their tips was I was waiting to be served, bad form. The girl that took my order barely made eye contact and had a «I’d rather be dead» tone. I got something that was suppose to contain spinach, other leafy greens, and an apple I think but what I got was mostly crushed water. It turns out they«measure» but opening sealed packages of ingredients, never a good sign so there was NO flavor or taste, except water. Horrible!

Smoothies are always good and I’ve tried most of them. However service here is the WORST! Not friendly, and right now it’s 11:24 and I walked over to order and before I even got the the counter the girl was yelling we aren’t open its another 10 – 15 mins. It’s already an hour and a half past opening! I come here righty after the gym Saturday’s and Sunday’s and not once has it ever been open on time! Very disappointing when I have to wait to start my day because someone couldn’t manage to get to work on time.

There’s usually a guy working there and when he is, he’s awesome and nice. He gets that one star. My experience today was as follows: girl shuffles out of the back and grumbles that she doesn’t want to be there. I asked for a smoothie and she yells in the back«yo! I don’t feel like making this! you come out and do it!» So I left. screw this place I don’t need that fucking attitude.

I’ve ordered here a few times now and love the smoothies! I usually get one of the meal replacement ones and pick raspberries and blueberries. Mmmm! I wish I knew what they used for the protein. I know it’s a powder but it makes the smoothie ultra filling! Calorie-wise? Not too bad if you drink it as a meal replacement. Price is okay as a meal replacement and the fact that it fills me more then a burger or sandwich. Watch out on the sugar. I wish there were more locations!

Ah, jeeze. I ADORE this place! There are so few health conscious options for food in the mall, aside from Nori and Subway. This place is so perfect for when I haven’t had time to eat something before work or when I’m on break and I don’t have time for a full meal. They offer meal substitute smoothies and combinations with protein, which is absolutely perfect for someone like me who needs all of the protein they can get. I love how big the cups are and I love how filling their smoothies are. They completely make up for the lack of Orange Julius up here in Massachusetts.

I went here last weekend for the first time and I must say I was very satisfied with my smoothie. I accidentally ordered the wrong One(without yogurt) and they had no problem fixing my mistake. The smoothie was delicious and the staff were more than accommodating. We also drove 15 minutes out of our way to go here, but it was well worth it. I’ll be returning this weekend.

Great smoothies fast service. If you do not like an ingredient they will substitute it with another ingredient no problem.

Planet Smoothie rocks! We always go here on our trips to the mall for a nice, healthy, fresh fruit smoothie — which is often the only way I can get one of my daily recommended allowances of fruit. They will even let you customize your order and substitute fruits for you. I always make up my own concoctions and even after I make my own choices and take my own risks, they still make sure I like it or offer to replace it — not that I would dare exchange it after I’ve made my own mess of a drink. :) Customer service is great. Price is very reasonable. Fruit is fresh(or fresh-frozen). Good variety and lots of tropical offerings. What more could one want? Giovanni, in particular, is always friendly and accommodating. Rock on, Planet Smoothie, rock on!

For being a smoothie in the mall kind of place, it wasn’t horrible. I just hope that next time I go there, I won’t have to ask them what fruits they actually have to adjust what I wanted. «Can I have this one? – No we’re out of strawberries. – Oh, can I have this one? – No we’re out of bananas too. – Oh, well what do you have?” – this conversation should not happen. There’s never a line here so I just think you should make sure you have what you need to operate and make the smoothies. Also a little cleaning behind the counter wouldn’t hurt. Smoothie makers shouldn’t have to look into a blender and smell it before use.

I’ve come here nearly every time I am at the Plaza. The smoothies are delicious, and certainly worth the few minutes spent in line waiting. They are a little pricy but still worth it. The staff are competent and make a really consistant smoothie. I always go with the Chocolate Elvis(Chocolate, yogurt, ice, bananas, peanut butter) but they have a big menu to choose from.

I’ve had smoothies here since I was a toddler. The quality of the smoothie varies by who makes it and I don’t recommend people to just order plain boring smoothies like strawberries or just that but order something from their already made menus like the mango lassi(mangos) or twigs and berries(strawberry and bananas with yogurt). Be adventurous with the smoothies!

The service is bad because the staff is rude to the customers and has bad attitude. The wait is long due to short of staff. After a long wait, they made me the wrong drink but I took it anyway since I didn’t want to wait again. However, the smoothie wasn’t even good. I was disappointed because their smoothie used to be good the last time I was there(last summer).

The smoothies are pricey but good for you. I tired this a few times. I love the shots they have for the smoothies.

We had never been here before, but got a Groupon for $ 12 worth of smoothies. So we went. We order two smoothies, and then told them that we had a Groupon. Immediately, a blond woman with glasses and a red apron rushes out with a binder saying, «Well, you have to tell us BEFORE you order if you have a Groupon. And we only do one smoothie per visit.» We apologized, and said we’d just take one smoothie then. She then yelled, «Why don’t you move over here to the side so this lady can order, OK?» We then proceeded to be treated like complete crap for about three minutes, while she wrote down a million things in her binder and snapped at my boyfriend for showing her the wrong Groupon page on his iPhone. Yeah, you’re welcome for the business. Needless to say, I’m never going to that place again. Hopefully there is another Planet Smoothie in the Boston area where we can use up our Groupon. By the way, the smoothie was delicious. I also liked that they had the nutrition information for each smoothie listed.

The drinks are pretty good but the customer service is terrible. Pretty sure the girl working didn’t speak English. She was very confused by the word«banana» … not a great idea for a smoothie place. The other worker was very distracted talking to a friend instead of working.

Mmmm mmmmm! I love my smoothies. This place got me hooked as a younger person to smoothies. My favorite is the chocolate elvis if I’m in a ‘desserty’ mood. Or a ‘grape ape’ if I just want one with a meal or a refresher in the summer. Staff is quick. They accept credit cards for the larges only I believe. You can get a gift certificate for like 5 regular sized smoothies here. And then you can upgrade them by giving an extra dollar. I’m told if you work in the mall you can have them deliver the smoothies to you which is a major bonus. The staff is always a foreign spice with cute bums. lines get long but is worth the wait. Don’t forget you can do the ‘make your own smoothie’ option if you don’t like something they put in yours!

Good alternative for lunch, in comparison to everything else this food court has. Friendly staff, easy to read menu. I can’t imagine ever getting a large, regular size is pretty big. I love the Acai energy shake, looks like a pain to make though. It gets crowded, but not as much as some places in the food court. Takes cards too.

Planet Smoothie is always a must whenever I have to stop by the SSP. Their smoothies are absolutly delicous and at under $ 6 for 24oz, I’d say they’re well priced. My favorites are the chocolate elvis and the two piece bikini. I’ve yet to try the akai smoothie, but it seems to be very popular. Definatly way better than going to Auntie Annie’s or the coffee place down the hall.

Average smoothie place and sometimes feels like a healthier pick-me-up than a burger or donut in the food court. I have enjoyed the Vinnie del Rocco with raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, & orange sherbet. it was good but kind of gave me a sugar crash later on! yikes!
