We were visiting Breckenridge for the weekend and looking for a sports bar to watch the Penguins Ice Hockey game. Ollie’s was the perfect place as they have lots of TV including a big projector screen in the back room. They kept the sound on which was a huge plus. Our waitress was great and this place was busy even during the off season on a Saturday night. They have a wide variety of draft beers and I went with a local cider. The menu has many great items and I highly recommend the mac and cheese which you can get with almost any topping-definitely recommend adding pork and/or bacon for those meat lovers. I decided to order a house salad which was tasty and came with fresh ingredients. I also got the buffalo chicken wrap but beware it was so spicy I could hardly eat it. Overall a great sports bar to try when visiting Breckenridge.

I visit Breck twice a year and Ollie’s is always my first stop. I think its the most fun bar in the city. As for the food, I think its arguably the best pub grub I have had. Burgers are good, chicken tenders are so solid and service is always great. Seems to be a popular spot for locals.

Food was decent at best. Price was average. Server was not happy, friendly at all. Teresa who was our server only took our drink order once; it took 25 minutes for appetizers… On a super slow day. 2 other families in our section. For her to not come soon for and ask if we need refills or other drinks during an hr and a half lunch is unacceptable. I’m only giving 2 stars because the chili fries were good. The cheeseburger wasn’t great just under okay. Fries were cold that came with it. The nachos were a disgrace. My husband and I each shared a bite and pushed it aside. I think what made it so bad was our server. She was Miserable to say the least. It’s mud season; be happy you have freakin customers!!! Ollies you have some work to do; I’ll make sure to tell my friends back home in Denver to stay clear from your establishment… Too many great places near by!!!

Came with friends for drinks and dinner. We got the spinach and artichoke dip and it was phenomenal. It came with veggies, pita chips, and seasoned chips. It was a great sharing plate and super tasty! For dinner I got the southwest wrap and it was so fresh! I highly recommend, they also offer it in a salad. I got«The Skinny» for a cocktail and it was basically cran vodka, I’d probably get a beer next time. Place has games and and awesome bar scene! And music!

It has pretty good food. The service was good as well. The reason I’m only giving it 4 stars is because every time I would ask them to change the channel to a game they would, but even though I had been here for 3 hours they change it for someone else. Literally minutes after I asked for a channel change. It should probably be first come first serve with TV Requests.

Great place for burgers and craft beers. We came here after a day of skiing and left full and happy. I ordered the Breakfast Burger, which was a large(probably close to a half pound) patty of Colorado angus beef topped with bacon, cheddar and a fried egg. The burger itself was cooked perfectly: I ordered it medium rare, and it came out pink and gloriously juicy. The roll was fresh and soft, and the toppings were good, and only added to the luscious richness. Would absolutely order again(although there are many other choices on the menu I’d like to explore as well). A great pub-style burger turned out by a kitchen that knows what it’s doing. My burger came with a side of fries that were hot, fresh and crisp. My friend accompanied his burger with a Caesar side salad which was also very good(generous portion, very well dressed). Ollie’s also has a nice selection of craft beers. I ordered the Left Hand Nitro Milk Stout and the New Belgium Sunshine, both of which were very good. I was slightly amazed to be charged only $ 4 for each pint(perspective: I come from a place where $ 15 — $ 20 cocktails are the norm). Service was friendly and very attentive. Although this place has a casual, sports-bar kind of vibe, they do take the food, beer and service seriously, a winning combination in my book.

Ollie’s is a great place to stop in for a few beers and a sandwich while in Breck. The bar area can get a little loud so if you are into the sports bar vibe, you may enjoy this more than we did. Ollie’s advertises the best burger in town, but we found the burgers to be just average. However the fries were really good. Service was also really great so we would go back, but likely just for a few drinks. We did appreciate how they corrected one item in a large to-go order that was made incorrect without question and remade fresh and fast.

Good place to grab a drink and chill after a day of riding. The food is really good and you have to have the burger(bison) if you visit. This is the place where the locals come to hang out.

Chill atmosphere. High tops and lots of tv’s with a couple of games like foosball and big buck hunter. Good selection of local drafts. Mac n cheese burger is amazing! Also, try the Reuben if you’re not in the mood for a burger! Good pricing and great service.

Told us 20 min wait for 8 people. 45 minutes later we ask, only to find out they don’t have a way to accommodate 8 people and we should split to 2 different tables. 20 more minutes later and we are still waiting.

No brainer! Close to everything, cheap and great service. The bar tender Jackson was a great guy. Told us what to do and were to go. He was awesome. Good music and gray prices. The wings are amazing!

These burgers melt in your mouth. I got the bison with bacon and cheddar, I couldn’t stop moaning in delight. My friend got the Mac and cheese burger and he said top 3 burger he ever had. I will definitely stop in here every trip I make to Breck. Staff was awesome. Food came out quick, as did the beers. If you are in town stop here, you won’t regret it.

Best burger in Breck, but the ability to get a table for any game is damn near impossible. I prefer the boomer, but the breakfast burger is the fav of my kids. If your in a pinch there is some bar rail seating around the outside wall of the bar area(seat yourself) and works fine if your solo or in a small group.

So I forgot to review this place after we ate there but here it is. It was… wait for it… amazing! Really it was good. The beer selection was great and their bar service was quick. The burgers were the best I have had in a long time(I had the bacon mac and cheese). The waitstaff was quick and very friendly. Overall I wish I could have convinced my wife to eat here more but hey happy wife happy life(the longer I have to wait before I can eat at Ollie’s, she is a nutritionist).

Awesome bar food! Specifically, the smothered burrito which I return for on every visit to Breckenridge :). It’s huge and delicious and the leftover is just as good for lunch the following day! Great beer selection too, very reasonable prices and the service has always been very friendly.

I totally underestimated the size of the food. Come with an appetite. My Cali chicken club was delicious! We also ordered nachos as an appetizer which was equally delicious. This a busy restaurant so don’t expect a lot of seating because it’s mostly bar sitting. I tried one their signature drinks, a moonshine margarita. WOW! Really strong! Don’t forget to read the fine print on that one. It’s a great restaurant to visit whether for food or drinks.

We ate here at the recommendation of someone at the resort we were staying at and were very pleased! it’s a bar and there is a side room that serves as a dining room for those who don’t want to sit at the bar or bar tables for dining. The old fashioned is very good. made with local breckenridge distillery bourbon + luxardo cherry. Great drink for what seemed to be a shot and beer joint. The food was what really surprised. We all had burgers. I had the Cali club with buffalo burger instead of angus beef — and it was truly one of the top 5 burgers i’ve ever had. So good! the Fries were also far above average. Has a foosball table, big buck world, juke box, and other game type entertainment. One in our party got a terrible food-poisoning-like sickness following our meal here but can’t say for sure that it was Ollie’s. His review may reflect otherwise, but I thought this place was amazing! will be back next time in Breck.

This is a great place to come anytime you are in Breck. It is always busy but they do a lot of community seating, so your wait is never too long. They have a great beer selection, both on tap and in the bottle. They have everything from Colorado favorites to huge cans of PBR. Their prices are awesome for a tourist mountain town. Obviously pub food but everything has a twist and delicious. We had the spinach artichoke dip which has jalapenos in it that give it a bite. I enjoyed the buffalo chicken wrap which was super spicy and good, and my dining partner had her fave… the chili mac. Now the chili mac is a special item that I have only seen at Ollie’s. It is mac and cheese with red chili mixed in and topped with spicy sauteed jalapenos. It will also serve up to four or give you a heaping mound of leftovers to take home. If you come here and have not tried the chili mac… you must! This place never disappoints and no matter how busy they are, we always have the BEST customer service. Our waitress was amazing this last time as always. You can tell the people who work here work great together as a team and take pride in where they work.

I can honestly say this place came as a shocking surprise. My family already chose the restaurant, so when I found out where I was joining them, I thought, «Great, another gastro-pub.» But, to my surprise, it was great! The service was great, average paced, super friendly though. The part that surprised me the most though was the food. We had the bacon macorini and cheese for an appetizer, and it was really good, not the best ever, but still really fricken good. Then I ordered the gyro, thinking I was going to get thawed out, pre sliced lamb strips, but I actually got fresh gyro meat! Right off the skewer! As someone who frequents places a lot and looks for a good gyro, this is one of the best ones I’ve had in a long time. Everyone else around me really enjoyed their food and I think it was honestly a surprisingly-pleasant experience for all of us. I would go again

We’ve walked past this place dozens of times and never stopped in. A 12″ powder day in Breck and 25,000′ vertical makes for some hungry skiers. We tried the Dillon Valley Burger on recommendation from our server Jen, the BBQ Ranch Burger and also the Ahi Tuna Tacos. The Dillon Valley Burger has nice hearty jalapeño pieces and isn’t as hot as it might sound off the menu, the Ahi Tacos and aioli dressing were fresh and tasty, as was the BBQ burger. Our only regret is that the servings are so generous, we didn’t have space to try more. We’ll be back.

My wife and I stopped here twice on our trip to Breckenridge. One for beers in the late afternoon, a second time for burgers in the evening. Ollie’s is a spacious restaurant, with a gigantic bar area and a bunch of tables surrounding the area. This place got pretty busy in the evening(there was a pretty long wait for tables given the number of people standing around). I was mostly impressed with the tap and drink selection at Ollie’s. They had maybe a dozen options on tap, mostly Colorado beers with some decent picks from out-of-state as well. The bartenders were pretty talkative, it was clear both times we were there that there was a pretty healthy regular contingent(which surprised me given that this place is obviously a vacation destination, too). I ordered a burger the second time I went back. The portion size was impressive, the burger itself was solid(but not mind-blowingly amazing) I’d definitely recommend to beer fans or folks looking for a big burger after a day on the slopes.

Ollies pub n grub, my hat is off to you!!! We came in last nite, for a simple little NYE bite to eat and a beer after a long day on the mtn. Ollies delivered in every way possible! The décor and vibe is nice and lively! Has that nice mtn/cabin feel with all the rough cut wood work. Our waitress was nice, and polite and gave us some great recommendations. We tried a basket of chicken tenders and I had the old chub nitro stout which was really great. So good i went for a second one. The fries that came with it were really good. The cost was reasonable too.

Standout service — called 10 – 15 minutes before going to Ollie’s on Christmas Eve, and they were able to accommodate a party of 10 with barely any wait. What more, when we arrived, they had the huge table prepared for us with waters on the table. My fave drink was the rotating cider, which was one of the best ciders I’ve ever tasted. The cider they offered at the time as visited was the Rocky Mountain Wild Cider from Firestone, CO. The alcoholic content was not palpable, and it actually tasted like sparkling cider. After trying the Colorado Kolsch, brewed by Steamworks Brewing in Durango, CO, it was readily apparent that I far preferred the rotating cider. Not quite sure when and how long happy hour is, but each drink on tap is $ 3.50. What a steal. My fave appetizer(out of the fried pickles, onion rings, buffalo chicken wings, barbecue chicken wings, chicken tenders, and buffalo meatballs) was the buffalo chicken wings, which definitely packs a spicy punch. As per usual, it comes with plentiful carrots and celery sticks. The fried pickles were definitely cut too thick for my liking and way too salty. The onion rings are a good order if you have many people to share it with; I liked the sauces that it came with. I did not try the barbecue chicken wings because I far preferred the buffalo chicken wings. The chicken tenders were tasty when I was hungry, but the tenders to fries ratio skewed heavily to fries instead of tenders. The buffalo meatballs were doused in marinara sauce, and it was pretty good. Most of our party ordered the DIY burgers for«burger night.» Price point wise, it’s actually more worth it than ordering a pre-made burger from the menu. I liked how the customer gets to customize his or her burger, down to the toppings and dressing. Unfortunately, the bison meat was far too dry, especially during the last few bites. If I were to do burger night again, I would probably save a few bucks and opt for regular beef rather than bison meat. Overall, a divey, local watering hole on the main street in Breckenridge. It’s got a very comforting, home-town feel. So good we came here twice in the span of four days.

I arrived last Wednesday afternoon for a conference. I decided I needed to kill some time and needed something light to eat before the reception I was to attend that evening. I was walking on Main St. and the music coming from Ollie’s immediately drew me in. I sat at the bar and ordered a beer and the bartender explained about $ 3 burger night. I decided to go for the burger and fries(I was starving by then). The burger was delicious and fries were very crispy and tasty. Mango salsa goes great on a burger. I left and came back later with some of my co-workers who didn’t like the food at the reception. There was a crowd by then because of the baseball games, but the staff was very accommodating. There was a bit of a wait, but it was worth it. Everyone loved their food and the service was wonderful. I stayed over the weekend and my husband, daughter and I ate dinner at Ollie’s on Saturday. Once again, great food, great service, friendly staff. Thanks again to the staff at Ollie’s for contributing to my excellent stay in Breckenridge. I will definitely be back again.
