Definitely one of the better Mexican restaurants I’ve ever been to! The staff was more than helpful and the menu had a great selection! The price is just right for lunch or dinner. This has become my favorite place to eat in the Bremerton area! Highly recommend!

When we want Mexican we go here! The Cali burritos are amazing, my kids are obsessed with the rice and beans. They have a good size menu, decently priced and an awesome salsa bar. One of my favorite places, especially because its never too busy!

Did not expect a lot from a place called ‘taco loco baja’ but was pleasantly surprised by the meats in my tacos, especially the shredded pork. Great salsa bar. Service was great from guy who must have been the owner, Latino dude who just bought the place and is talking about revamping the menu and making more from scratch. Good things in the future for this place.

Tried it for the first time today. Dinner special was Chimichanga. Rice and beans like mom’s home made. Shredded beef had good seasoning. Tried a couple of the salsas in the Salsa Bar. Both were good. Friendly staff.

Worst food ever! I have no idea how they call this Mexican. Aside from being expensive, all their meat is ground and I paid almost $ 5 for 2 tacos! Never coming back here and please never come here!

Good food for a great price. My benchmark at a Mexican restaurant is enchiladas with ground beef. Nothing too fancy!
There is a lot of seating, and the place is usually fairly empty. This isn’t a reflection of their food at all! The flavor is great, and their selection of sauces is good.
It is a pseudo — dine in experience, in that you order at the counter and they bring your food out. To go orders are definitely available, and portion size is average.

My husband had the aside burrito and loved it. It was HUGE. I ordered chicken enchiladas and they were good, but nothing to rave about. Chips and salsa were great! We were a party of six and had to sit at two different tables because the booths are suitable for four and cannot be combined (no tables, only booths). Overall a great experience. We will definitely go back!

Ordered the asada burrito. It’s reasonably price for a generous portion. Definitely didn’t leave hungry. The service was very friendly and fast. The food was hot and fresh with great flavors and good heat. Sitting in a strip mall doesn’t look like much, but don’t miss the opportunity for some really good Mexican food. I’ll be back.

Its good food but a bit pricey for the Mexican variety in the area. I stopped for lunch and asked about the $ 4.99 lunch deal and it contains two small tortilla tacos with meat of your choice, rice and beans. So, i asked if I wanted two more tacos how much would that be? $ 3.00 more dollars plus tax. So, I decided to go with the special of a chimmychanga with rice and beans. $ 5.99 plus tax. Great taste but a very small portion of one smaller tortilla folded up deep fried with a large scoop of my meat selection. Mostly beans on the plate and a couple large spoon full of rice. Though, you did get a good scoop of sour cream and most places are stingy. Im not sure if I will come back, but its good food for higher prices.

Pretty good nothing to write home about though. I really don’t like the chips they use for their nachos they are not fresh cooked and are the low quality multi colored ones. But what I did love is their fresh salsa bar! Yummy

Delicious quick Mexican food! I usually get the togo and its ready within 10 minutes. There tamales are flavorful and the enchiladas are stuffed and covered in a tasty sauce. Burritos are full of ingredients not just beans and rice. The salsa bar is a good touch. If you eat in they give you complimentary chips and salsa (this does not come with the togo) though the soda machine is in a slightly weird location since you go past the counter into the kitchen but after a couple times its no big deal. If you are in a hurry I would recommend calling ahead because if it is busy it can take a bit, but its well worth it for great Mexican food!

The Mexican food we’ve been missing! Yes, sit down restaurants are all fine and good when you have the time and inclination. Sometimes you just want a deep fried California Burrito to help save yourself from your massive hangover. And yay for superfries!
Anyone who grew up in SoCal or Arizona will recognize the types of flavors this off-​the-​beaten-​path spot offers.

Top notch! Not only is the food flavorful, authentic and a treat for Bremerton, Julia (the cashier) is as friendly as they come. With the gal from Suzy’s kitchen, I’m starting to wonder if they inject good customer service genes into the water up here. Smart, bubbly and helpful, she is a big reason why I gave them a return trip and was rewarded with a tasty carne asada plate as well.
