I checked in early morning after hours of driving and being on crutches from a knee injury. Got into the room, bathed and went to bed. Pulled the comforter up to keep warm and could only smell body odor(BO) and was repulsed by the smell. The bathroom was old, all of that area was very outdated and needed to be redone. I called the front desk and told them about the smell but nothing was done or offered to me. I basically did not use the comforter and wished at that point that I would have paid an extra $ 20.00 to stay in a nicer hotel. Upon checking out the next morning, I asked to speak to a manager and was told they would not be in until 3:00 pm. So much for customer service. Four days later I was traveling back through and called requesting my money back or for them to provide a «clean» room for that night. The front desk employee told that I needed to do that the day I checked out. Funny thing is, I did request a manager to speak with and they were not there. With the last phone call requesting money back or a clean room, I was told also told a manager is «always» available by another employee. The writing was on the wall, they lie and do not care about customer service or satisfaction. Stay away from this«filthy», low class hotel that would be more appropriately called a «motel» at the very best. Pay the extra $ 20.00 for a clean, reputable hotel that cares about their customers.

Stayed here for a few weeks while waiting for my new apt this is my second long stay here I have to say the remodel is a big difference! The staff is very nice, they are pet friendly and they have a restaurant right next door and it’s my fav Mexican food in town

Last minute stay, paid $ 60 for King bed. Woke up early in the morning to find roaches on sink counter. The toilet barely worked. The pillows were, as my husband put it, pancake pillows, flapjack style.
