Pizza Hut

Why does it take one and a half hours to get an entrée and a salad bar at this place? It is understaffed, and what staff they do have is extremely apathetic and disagreeable. We served ourselves from the salad bar, then waited and waited and waited for the entrees. In the meantime, the salad dishes were never cleared from the table. They were still there after we waited and waited and WAITED for the check and then waited and WAITED AND WAITED for the receipt. This place just does not care. Businesses get away with bad customer service because their customers let them get away with it. Do. Not. Eat. Here.

I called to place the order and the first guy that answered had no idea what I was talking about so I hung up on him and the got Chris the second time he was so helpful and made sure I got the best deal and got my order the way I wanted it thank you Chris!

Just built a pizza with the new choices. Pan, garlic parm, grilled chicken, bacon, cheese, with buffalo drizzle. Could be a new crave.

This Pizza Hut was awful. They really messed up my order and got mad at me about it. Seriously I have low expectations for Pizza Hut but I went for the stuffed crust and would have been better off with a frozen pizza. In New Jersey I am lucky to have access to all kinds of amazing pizza places with real pizza so I rarely go to a place like this. I’m not putting it down it’s just not my favorite. However this was just not acceptable. I went in and my boyfriend and I ordered breadsticks and a half pepperoni with black olives and half plain pie. The toppings side was for me. The breadsticks were like wonder bread, so gross. The pizza finally comes out after forever with our waitress barely checking on us (seriously they take so long we were there for hours). And it comes out with green peppers and black olives on half. And I say oops I wanted pepperoni and the waitress says she’s so sorry, and misheard me and I say it’s all good I must have mumbled! I was super nice but I didn’t want green peppers and she cops this huge attitude and lays it out that I either take it or they remake the whole thing and we have to wait another hour. And i swear when I asked if they had to remake the whole thing she said «well we’re not gonna pick them all off for you.» And I said well duh but can I have the toping I actually wanted? And so she says okay they can give you some pepperoni to put on so I say cold? Seriously not trying to scam a free toping I just want what I asked for. She brings it back out 20 minutes later with 2 pepperoni slices per piece. I had 1 piece, picked at another. Took all the green peppers off and left them on a plate. While we were paying a different waitress was being told off for being rude to customers too. I didn’t say anything to management cause I’m not a jerk.

Tables are sticky and dirty. The place smelled dirty. The seats u sit In bounce. Would not recommend this restaurant at all. I approached the counter to pay bill and that was filthy too. The service was awful. This was not what I expected.

i am a fan of the pizza but not of this dirty place
the place is smelly, and sloppy dirty and the bathrooms are so filthy
the service is very carefree — when one table leaves, they let it sit before they even clean up
the pizza is excellant can’t get any better but really where is the manager to tell the servers to move and clean up the tables & floors
the bathrooms need to be redone and cleaned cleaned cleaned

Every once in awhile I crave pizza hut, but I like to eat it at the restaurant when it 1^st comes out with a knife and fork. Anyway, this pizza hut is always out of something. The service is so slow it is ridiculous. I would avoid this pizza hut at all costs unless you want to die of starvation while you are waiting for your food!

This pizza hut knows me by name. Service is very good and food is great. Prices are very good too. I definitely would recommend this pizza hut. Have been going for the last 5 years, and I like how over time they keep expanding the pizza hut menu.

Stay away from the salad bar and the silver ware yuck, service was good. Felt bad for the server.
