I was just at the location on Sunday and got food poisoning. Horrible service also everything was slow and they forgot requests. I will never eat at Red Lobster again!!!

The place would have been awesome if the food came on time. It was cold inside so they should think about maintaining a cozy temperature for the customers. The drinks should add a little flavor to it. The place was clean and has plenty of parking space. I hope they improve their service a lil bit so that I can go there more often. :)

Chain… food not great but the service is horrible! Took my family there for my son’s birthday. Waited forever for everything! Waiter brought out three dishes then we waited 20 minutes for the rest of the 8 of us to be served while the waiter delivered food to three other small tables??? Last time we will go here!

The outside décor was amazing. It makes you feel like you are in for quite the experience. The only problem i had eas with the then boiled flounder that came with my meal. It was not appetizing at all. Luckily the shrimp and Ceasar salad was over the top pleasurable for me.

I came here on a saturday night with my wife. We had the Lobster-Artichoke-and-Seafood Dip to start. it was very good although the chips were off. Some nice fresh bread would have been nicer, but they do biscuits(which were good). She had the Ultimate feast and she liked the fried shrimp and lobster. She said the crab legs were average as was the scampi. I had the crab lover’s dream and a wood fired lobster tail on the side. I like the king crab very much. The drawn butter was good. The snow crab legs were average and the crab linguini Alfredo was mediocre. What was very good was the wood fired lobster. It had great flavor. My wife liked it better than her lobster tail which was very good though. Our server was very good and the manager was also very friendly. Overall, it was a very good meal. Go wood fired.

Went here for lunch after church… The waitress was good… However, I was disappointed in the quality of the food… The lobster soup tasted like it came out if a can or was frozen… Was excited about the lunch special prices, only to be served frozen fish, frozen shrimp, and frozen chicken fingers… How do a place that’s supposed to specialize in seafood serve their customers frozen seafood… I could have went to the supermarket and purchased Gordon’s and got a better and fresher taste…

really great food and excellent service! we got lost cause the GPS told us it would be on US22 East and we were traveling from Hillsborough area. So I called them and asked and they gave us perfect directions on how to get here — it’s on US22 West for future references. when we got here my friend and I were immediately greeted and sat down next to the window booth seat which were comfortable. we both ordered the new lobster dishes. my friend got the one with the crab legs and I just got the lobster tail and the coconut shrimp and the regular shrimp skewers with the pineapple rice and broccoli on the side and Caesar salad comes with it. it was a lot of food! and we got the 12 piece oysters which tasted fresh and they were huge. it tastes good with lemon and the red sauce over it. the biscuits here are amazing! to die for… and the service was great! really friendly waitress and helpful staff who cleared out plates regularly. we came around Friday around noon and it wasn’t crowded. it was our first time coming here and overall had a great experience and a full belly! they did run out of clams which my friend wanted so thats why we got the oysters which I secretly wanted anyway. the shrimp on the skewers are soo tender and juicy and meaty. the coconut shrimp was fried and tasted sweet. my lobster tail was fried but my friends was steamed and she said it was delicious — very tender and juicy and not too salty. loved the rice and the broccoli was not over cooked which they also gave a lot of. love that! overall this place was really great in terms of service and food. next time, I’m going to see if I could get my lobster tail steamed and not fried because its healthier steamed. I didn’t pay attention I assumed everything would be the same as my friends minus the crab legs. anyway def recommend coming here!

Had dinner tonight with a customer and his family. After we were seated we went about 15 minutes and didn’t have a single waiter or waitress take a drink order. So I asked the next waitress that came by and we were helped pretty quickly. We didn’t complain or make a big deal of it, but we were all pleasantly surprised when the manager approached us and apologized for the wait. He paid for our appetizers and the rest of our dinner was fantastic. I know that things happen in the restaurant service, but the fact that this manager took it upon himself to apologize sincerely and then offered the appetizers was very professional. I gave out 5 stars for the rest of the service as it was excellent.

I was disappointed that they ran out of rainbow trout. Our server Gabby was friendly, efficient and made our dinner experience wonderful.

Do not always believe the reviews and star-marks! Today I have visited the place quiet by chance though it had 2.5 stars, just I was hungry and did not want to search long time. What I’ve seen? Very clean and cozy place with friendly staff willing to help you and serve very well! Thank you a lot, guys! I am satisfied on your hospitality, service and food! You did well! Special Thanks to Amanca!

Typical overcrowded chain restaurant with bland food — had to request water and child’s dessert twice — blue cheese steak was over done and had no blue cheese — waiter was friendly but over worked

Went here with a party of 5. The drinks were watered down and the service was bad! This place WAS good but it’s improved from Bad to Worse! Food was tasteless and very expensive. The Sea Scallops were ice cold in the middle and the Seafood Bake was way too salty. The Caesar salad had brown and wilted lettuce. The«Fresh» Salmon had a fishy taste. FORGETTHISPLACE! There are better choices elsewhere. We’ll take our $ 250.00 to Joe’s Crab Shack! This location needs to close down for good!

Thoroughly enjoyed my visit to this restaurant. Food came out in a timely manner and the meal was well paced. Despite a line waiting at the door, we never felt rushed(we arrived right before the rush and got a table immediately). Our waitress was accommodating and followed-up on our satisfaction with our dinners – plus she got our orders right. The only issue with the evening was that they were a little shorthanded in the kitchen and we had to wait on one appetizer while another was delivered to our table. But the wait was not long. The only knock was my friend ordered king crab legs and they were a little underdone. But not a big issue, he said. A little out of the way for me, but if I’m close-by I’ll be there.

2 ½ stars really. Nothing wrong with my fried shrimp, husband’s shrimp and strip steak, usual biscuits, though my husband did day the Caesar salad definitely came from a bag. But, what kills me everytime is the slow and lacking service. Why do these servers just disappear for the longest time when you’re finished? This one came by, told her my sons would like the sundaes and didn’t bother to remove one dirty plate from the table. Then, brought Sundaes, kids ate them fairly quickly. No waitress to be seen with our check. My husband thought he caught a glimpse of her talking in the little bar area. I went out to hostess station, she saw I was frustrated, so she rang us up. I don’t know what the tab was, but hubs only have her $ 5 which honestly, was generous considering the Houdini act throughout the night. Place wasn’t even crowded so no excuses!

I do try to avoid reviewing chain restaurants, but let’s face it, we’re in NJ and there an absolute ton of them so it’s sometimes tough to avoid. I kind of feel like Red Lobster gets a bad rap(see other reviews), but I definitely think it is an OK place. Don’t get me wrong — the place definitely has its ups and downs. To start, the bar is pretty bad. It’s incredibly tiny, the service is awful and every single beer I tried tasted funny. It’s almost like they haven’t cleaned their taps out in ages. This place would get 1 star if i reviewed them on just that. On to the food… the service gets better once you get seated. I know it’s a chain and mostly run by young kids(which can be good or bad) but the service can be hit or miss. I must say that the cheddar bay biscuits they start you out with are pretty awesome. I don’t know what it is about those things but they taste great. For my meal, I usually go with the Rock Lobster Tail. It’s over $ 30 but you probably get at least a 12oz lobster tail and it absolutely tastes great. It’s not the best lobster you will ever have but certainly not the worst. I’m also a fan of their caesar salad they serve pre-meal. My wife always goes with the King Crab Legs, which she loves, and I must say they are very good, as well. I must say that I am usually pretty satisfied with my meal here(which is the most important part). In my opinion, it’s the other stuff that can take away from the meal here. Also, be warned that this place gets pretty packed on the weekend so you may have to wait a while for a table.

Okay, I VOW to NEVER eat at another Red Lobster EVER. Every single time we go to ANY Red Lobster there is an issue. From a woman running out of the restaurant and spewing over the banister, to a small child barfing in the lobby, to a 40 minute wait for our food on a slow Sunday afternoon with a lot of servers and few customers. Seriously 10 minutes for the server to come by and take our orders. Mind you, at the 6 minute mark she said she would be back. The biscuits are good, but for God sakes I can buy a bag in the store and whip them up myself without the frustration. The food is only okay(besides the biscuits), but whatever, that is it for this place. I have given them way too many opportunities to get it right, and they have NOT.

I have only been to red lobster three times my entire life and this place was one of the worst. Service was slow even when it was empty. The food didn’t taste fresh except for their biscuits. The shrimp scared me when they have that off mushy texture. I couldn’t eat it thinking I would get sick from them. I don’t know what it is about red lobster, but I can’t get into it. I just think the food is gross in general but when I was stuck having to go here, eating the food reaffirmed my previous experiences. About this location… Slow Slow Slow… If you are a red lobster fan, then I can not vouch for the consistency of this location to others.

Went here at 7pm on a Tuesday for a quiet dinner(I was on business travel so I was eating alone). The bar was empty so I asked if I could sit there… nope, the bar was closed. Huh? Had to wait 20mins for a table and they decided to sit me at a regular table smack dab in the middle of screaming(shrieking) babies. Really? You couldn’t have found me somewhere a little quieter and not so out in the open? There were empty booths all around the place so I was a little confused, but whatever. The food was good although the server was slow. And those babies, those shrieking, messy, throw their food on the floor babies! I’m still confused as to why they weren’t letting anyone sit at the bar. Oh well, I won’t be back.

Went here with a biiiig group for dinner on Father’s day(yes, we decided to class it up). Our waitress was a sweetheart(I think her name was Erin?) and the food was delicious even though I tend to be a lobster snob. Definitely go for the Maine lobster over the Rock however.
