I called to find out if they had a phone available in the morning, which by the way they weren’t open yet but someone answered…(thats why they got the one star) they told me that it was not in Stock at the moment but she said they can order it, even when I mentioned it was not available on sprint dot com. I called again on my lunch to ask one more time to see if they can order it and this time I asked if I needed to make an appointment and she said no, just come in before we close she said. I got there and waited over 40 minutes for her to finish with a customer. when she was done and started helping me she mentioned that she was closed, then she suggested me to get the phone I wanted from my current carrier, after that I asked to see if she can order the phone a different day. because I was still interested and she called around and found out that the phone was in back order. really? Just a waste of time.
