They just always get it right. Consistent, delicious coffee. So many new types of drinks. My new fav is the late macchiato. Dreaming of it now.

I’m a Dunkin Donuts fan, but I go to Starbucks because they are connected to my school. Well one lady at the Starbucks by my school was very rude about my situation. I told her I forgot my holiday promo card in the car. I then asked if I could bring the card back later and get the sticker for it, she replied with«NO». I didn’t make a big deal about it. A week later I was shopping in the Bridgewater mall and told a cashier named Grey or Gary(it was difficult reading the chalk name tag) about my incident at my school starbucks. He smiled and said on behalf of your bad experience at that starbucks here is the sticker that you missed for the promo card and have a great day. I felt so happy he acknowledged my complaint and he was so friendly that I now enjoy going to Starbucks more than Dunkin Donuts. This starbucks has great customer service thanks to Grey/Gary.

The one store where everyone looks clueless! Line out the door! 4 people behind the counter! Poor management, utterly disarray!!!

This Starbucks Is located inside the Bridgewater Mall, main entrance between McCormick’s & Windows entrance. I always have a pleasant experience with the baristas here. They’re always smiling and excited to be at work. They have a really great balance of team work here. If the oven is beeping, even though the barista was the one who put in the sandwich(etc) they’ll help out their fellow co-worker. With this Starbucks being in the mall on the weekends it can get pretty damn crazy! Crazy to the point the line is outside of the Starbucks by the escalators. This to be expected and I try to avoid that at all costs. So don’t expect to study here on the weekends, it’s not that kind of Starbucks. Solid Starbucks

This is the Starbucks in the Bridgewater Mall. It’s super weird to be suburban and go to Starbucks IN A MALL when you’re used to taking an elevator downstairs and walking across the street. Miss you Starbucks on Broad and Beaver, but not your line. It’s an average Starbucks. The line can be long during peak mall hours but during morning rush there are no people. Thank goodness! Because I am not patient. My coffee is always great. They also have free lemon infused water if you’re shopping and thirsty. 3 stars for being in the middle of the mall though. I don’t really enjoy meandering when I am a grump pot in need of a Venti Skinny Vanilla Latte. But it beats driving up to Bedminster!

Any Starbucks with outdoor seating is a good Starbucks for me! It is in the small shopping plaza of Bridgewater Commons, not in the mall so after you get a coffee you can shop more. Outside seating under umbrellas is a plus. Staff is normal and courteous, I have never seen bugs there so who knows, maybe it was a fluke and just don’t get them :)
