15 – 20 min to the airport (TUL). Outstanding hotel surrounded by nice restaurants and even a Bass Pro. Room was perfect military/​gov friendly discount. Swimming pool and gym. Was told breakfast was at 6:30 but everything was laid out and ready at 6 allowing us to grab cereal, cinnamon rolls, bagels, and coffee before we had to leave at 6:15. Staff very friendly, room was perfect. I will be staying again on my next trip through. Stayed on Monday night military rate $ 83 $ 94 with tax.

This is a nice HIE… it get an extra star for being spacious and newer appointments.
HIE always seems to have a good front desk and easy internet and comfy beds.
They seem to lose with wimpy showerheads and soap that smells like cinnamon.
This location seems built okay… it was packed with peeps for the state fair in Tulsa this weekend and we did not hear too much of our neighbors except idiots letting room doors slam as they left in the morning. Although it is next to the highway, this location has a large earthen berm that shields it a bit from highway noise.

Stayed here in May of 2011. Very clean and the gals at the front desk were very kind. I checked-​in around midnight and the gal working the night shift was receptive. The exterior and halls are well-​lit, and it seems to be in a safe area. We will stay here again.
