Food is fresh and good basic options. I agree with many of the other reviewers that it’s nice to have an option that offers healthier food. I always try to use coupons and promotions. If fitness or finances are a concern the kids meal is a good option. Service is wonderful here and consistent. I hope it stays that way. I dropped my wallet on the floor, another customer found it and gave it to a manager. I recognized it immediately as mine. As I said thank you, he said no thank this woman on line. She found it on the floor. Then he said, you know what God is Good! Free chicken for this customer! Both the other customer and I were grateful for different reasons.
I hope they maintain this amazing level of customer service and cleanliness.

I have always been a fan of Boston Market. The Boston Market on East 149th Street at the Hub is a great addition to the area where there are too many unhealthy fast food places. I don’t have to trek to Throggs Neck, Manhattan or Westchester if I am hungry. I live about a a mile north from the place and can get their in minutes by bicycle. I go there mostly on weekends, but I sometimes go for lunch during the work week to back back to my office. The food is fresh and healthy. I like the cool self service beverage machine. Too many choices there.

Food is dry… However customer service is awesome!!¡! I’m kind of pissed because my food came to 17 $

It’s ooooopen. This Boston Market is the newest addition to Triangle Plaza. Patronized today, and the food was good. My order was handled effortlessly. Has security, which is a good idea to implement. Very clean. Spotted a coke freestyle machine. Great addition to a very limited neighborhood, overpopulated by fast food.
