Loved this place! Got a craving for GOOD pizza and don’t want to wait around 20 – 30 mins? Blaze pizza is the place for you! Went to check this place out for lunch on a Sunday and was a bit worried walking in the door as there was quite a long line but aparently EVERYTHING at blaze moves fast and I wasn’t in line for long! The menu is pretty straightforward, you can pile on as many toppings as you want for a great price. Staff was super friendly and helpful(i wanted to try the spicy red sauce but was worried it would be too hot-the staff suggested mixing half spicy red with half regular red sauce and it was fantastic!). Once your pizza is all put together it only takes minutes to cook and you are on your way to a full stomach fast :) Will def be going back in the future.

So went went there for a Saturday dinner. The place looks nice. It was moderately crowded and noisy, which was good. We opted for their build you own pizza and it tasted awesome. Though it was little soft from the bottom may be because the sauce was too much. If you like spicy food, try their spicy red sauce, its great.

Blaze is what the greater Milwaukee area desperately needs: Cheap, good tasting pizza. I’ve been to several of the nicer, pizza restaurants in the area and none of them can compete with Blaze in terms of price or taste. It’s nice that they have pre-set pizzas if you’re not very creative, and you can always add extra toppings if you want. I usually go with the green stripe and add ovalini mozz and a few extra veggies on top for good measure. The pesto and the arugula give it a nice and refreshing flavor. It’s a thin crust pizza but the edges are slightly raised to give it a little more substance. The ingredients taste fresh and the pizza is ready in a little over a minute.

I first came when they opened years ago and haven’t been back for the longest time since I think it’s expensive for an individual pizza with soda. About $ 10.50. I was rather amazed that someone actually came around this time to see if everything was good and called me by name. I personally would come back more often if I had a buy one get one free coupon. Or even have a 25% or 50% off coupon if I’m dining alone.

A visit here is worth every bite! My co-workers and I frequent Blaze often, it’s the one place that we can all agree on. It has pizza variety and options for everyone. For a person that loves thicker crust, I am sold on Blaze’s thin crust. You would think that the crust wouldn’t hold up well with all of the toppings, but it is intact to the very last bite. My two favorites are the Green Stripe and White Top. The pizzas are the perfect size and toppings are fresh. The blood orange lemonade is unique and addicting =). A warmed up smores pie is a great way to end the meal. The service is also quick and efficient. The place does get busy, but the wait is never long and we’ve never had a problem finding a table.

I’ve been wanting to try Blaze for a while, and I’m glad I did. It’s an interesting, albeit confusing concept– fast food pizza. I ordered the red vine(not to be confused with the delicious red candy) which had red sauce, chunks of mozzarella, basil, cherry tomatoes, and olive oil drizzle. It was AWESOME. Super thin and crispy crust, very flavorful ingredients… I devoured it. The size was perfect for one very hungry person. The only complaint is about the sauce– a tad too sweet for my palette. The Gorgonzola side salad was also fresh and flavorful. I will definitely be returning to Blaze for some delicious fast fired pizza!

Excellent job! Had a gluten free crust with a spicy red sauce! Yes, it was spicy and good! Lots of fresh toppings to choose from. The only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars is the noise! After they put the pizza in the oven they toss the wood board into the pile… I jumped every time! Too loud! The other issue, so they have to call you name out to get your pizza, again more noise as the worker shouts a name out every 30 seconds! Wow, my eardrums hurt from the noise echoing in the place! Easy fixes that I hope they take into consideration. Otherwise you can go wrong with the food!

First time Blazin. Loved the pizza. The thought of build-your-own pizza is a great idea. It was so tasty. Crust was great too(and I don’t usually eat the crust). I like the process of it as well. Pick out your sauce, toppings and that’s pretty much it. They also have salads and specialty pizzas for people who want everything done for them. It’s a good sized pizza too. It’s pretty much sliced into 6 – 7 decently sized pieces so it’s just enough to fill you up and to not leave you(to hungry). I will definitely be returning.

Hands down best pizza(aside from Chicago style of course) ever. Why? Because you MAKEITYOURSELF. So many options await you once you step into Blaze– including a gluten free crust and vegan cheese. Fad dieters are welcome. It’s 7.95 for a thin crust pizza with unlimited toppings(trust me, you’ll find great joy in piling ‘em on there). Enough for two people, but what’s the fun in that? My greatest stressor when getting Blaze is whether to get the spicy marinara sauce or the white sauce. Little did my amateur brain know that the workers are so understanding they’ll make a half and half. And don’t forget the pesto drizzle on top– I highly recommend! One of my friends likes to go the unusual route and use the pesto as a sauce. It gets pretty messy with all the oil, but hey if you’re a pesto aficionado like she is, you can get a kick out of that option as well. Because they make the pizzas on the spot assembly-line style, you’ll get your food in no time and it’s perfect for a quick lunch break. If you want a pizza, come here. There’s no other option quite as satisfying.

Delicious! It was my first time there and the girl behind the counter explained all the options thoroughly. One price for whatever I want… Uh, yeah. The pizza was really great. Crispy crust & really fresh ingredients. Wish there was a Blaze closer to where I live.

Why yes, I’ll take all the toppings and have you charge me the exact same price. Someone has managed to make pizza an actual fast food. And it works. They have pretty good toppings choices, but applied fairly judiciously. Drop it in the oven for three minutes and voila! That must be one hot oven. They also are attempting to cater to the food restricted which is a nice touch. While we were there eating, we saw a dozen people come in and get pizzas to go. If I lived closer, I could see me doing this often. It’s cheap and quick. There’s nothing special about eating in, but they do have boxes if you can’t finish your ‘za. Was the pizza amazing? No, it was just pizza. But it was really good for $ 8 pizza.

Essentially its business model is to get pizza in and around your mouth faster than other restaurants do and for less money. UM, YEAH. I can get behind that. As I’m sure you’ve read, Blaze is the Subway/Qdoba/Chipotle(you get it) of pizza — endless toppings at no extra charge! First thing you have to do is decide whether you want to build your own(like I said, all of toppings you want at the same price) or choose a preset pizza. Then you let them know what kind of crust you want: regular or gluten free. Then it is all about that sauce: classic red, spicy red, pesto, or white sauce. After that, you go to dairy town! They have so many cheese options like mozzarella, parmesan, feta, gorgonzola, blue cheese, and much more. Blaze even has a vegan cheese option. When your pizza is nice and cheesed up, you load it up with toppings. Everything you want — no judgment. Then all your pretty little face has to do is pay and wait 180 seconds for them to fire it up. Done. Eat. The size of the pizza is perfect. It is big enough where you are definitely full, but small enough where you don’t feel obligated to share. Because, ew, I hate sharing my pizza. BONUS: They have New Glarus and MKE Brewing Company beer! Yay for Wisco brews

This is my new go to pizza place. The inside is nothing special, but its clean and nice. This place is subway of personal pizza. Think crust. Cooked quickly. VEGANCHEESE!!! Sauce was good. I got ¼ spicy ¾ normal. Lots of veggies. All the toppings you want for the same price. Which is amazing. Paid $ 22 for 2 vegan pizzas. Great value. Cant wait to go back.

Such a great business concept. I agree with Brian– Why didn’t I think of this? This is the place to go if you want to create your own pizza. Or if you and your dining partners have completely different tastes in pizza. Everyone can create their own and be happy. Prices are super reasonable. A make your own personal pizza costs $ 7.45. Someone with a hearty appetite will probably eat the whole thing(6 medium slices) and be satisfied. Others will bring home a couple slices as leftovers. A cheese-only pie costs just $ 5 and a one topping pizza under $ 6. When it comes to making your own pizza they have 3 different sauces to pick– classic, spicy, or white. They have a least a half-dozen cheeses to choose from and just as many meats. Plus a ton of veggies and other toppings. If you do choose to a make your own pizza, toppings are unlimited! For people with allergies you can get a gluten free crust. Or you can choose to make a cheese-less pizza. You can also choose from one of their specialty pizzas, such as a BBQ Chicken pizza, where the ingredients are pre-chosen for you. Pizzas are ready in 3 minutes. They’ll call your name and you’ll go pick up your(hopefully) delicious creation at the counter. This is just a fun, casual, inexpensive, and innovative restaurant.

Crap! Why didn’t I think of this first!!! Yes, it’s the Q-doba of Pizza. I don’t mind that’s it’s a corporate chain. They’re doing it right and they’re giving the masses what they want. The quality of their ingredients appears to be very high, and the price is right! Lunch for two with drinks, well under $ 20. I have to admit it’s a great way to sell fast-food pizza. You slide down the counter picking out your ingredients like you would at a Subway. Once you finish with your selections, they pop it in the oven. By the time you get your drink and get situated at your table, your pizza it out of the oven. This is no NYC style«warm up a slice» routine, this is a make-from scratch, start with raw ingredients cooking method. I’m a fan of the crust; nice and thin, slightly chew, with just the right amount of crust. No soggy, limp gummy crust here. They keep it simple, and they do it well. No complaints!

Amazing. Fresh. Friendly. Delicious. Artisanal. Thin crust. Pick one topping for under $ 6 or signature or build your own for $ 8. Save some room for the s’more pie! I might have it for dinner too. They are friendly. They aren’t stingy on the toppings. They make awesome suggestions on toppings to combine. The manager came by and checked in to see how we were enjoying the food. It was fantastic!

I went to blaze at the recommendation of my daughter. As a teenager, she’s a resident expert at all things pizza. The staff was pleasant and quick to help me out as a newbie. I had a fantastic pizza. I’m telling you, it was fresh and just the right amount of crispiness. The cheese is unbelievably good. I had some lemonade with my meal. All in all, this was a first rate experience … fresh, hot, made right there personal size pizza. We will be back.

Just like Piada and Roti, Blaze takes the Chipotle concept and applies it to pizza. Blaze joins Sabarro and even Chipotle who have jumped into the fast casual pizza segment. Employees are quick & efficient and I like the option of choosing a standard pizza or create your own. I choose the meat eater pizza. The sausage and pepperoni were tasty but Blaze fell short with the overall crust. It was crispy on the edges but not as crisp in the center. It was still a decent pizza however I noticed what could be problems with their local customers. I watched a guy literally point over the glass to the items he wanted. The staff told him not to do that but he continued to do it. The restaurant is a new concept and you have an isolated suburban customer base so it’s not going to go smoothly. Blaze appears to be a fast growing chain but they might want to visit Project Pie in San Diego to see how to do this concept well and get it right before going full on national.
