Follow-up to message from Joel F. from Drexel. I used Drexel apparently prior to your ownership change and at that time I called to speak with a manager several times but did not receive a response. I do applaud Joel F. from Drexel for now following up and it shows that the new ownership has more of a customer focus and and eye on service. Per your post that«we are a new company as of a year ago, so not sure if you used the old company» Drexel is using the same company name, is in the same building, same location, and probably the most of the same employees — thus while Drexel may have changed owners, it is the same company in the eyes of the consumer.
