DONOTBUYANYTHINGHERE! I tried to return a $ 70 spa pump today after using it once and was dissatisfied and only having it for 1 week. I returned it in perfect condition but I was only allowed store credit as the owner was not at the store(apparently the owner does not trust their employees). What a bunch of BS! I am so glad I did not buy my hot tub from this place! I will be bringing my business elsewhere from this day forward.

Shopping for a spa is a difficult experience. They span in price from $ 4000 to $ 14000 with no immediate discernible differences. I considered going with known consumer names like Coleman, and La-z-Boy, but discovered that they just licensed their name and the manufacturer changed all the time. I have a buddy that purchased a Sundance Spa and has been very happy. I was also at a party and one of the guests who had owned six different spas(many wives too) said that Sundance was the best one that he owned. I visited the Brookfield location and was surprised that the salesman was low pressure; I had expected it to be a somewhat sleazy experience, but was not. I called back a few days later and paced my order and put 50% on my credit card. I was told that it would be four to six weeks for delivery. At somewhere between six and seven weeks I called and spoke with a somewhat terse and rule bound woman who told me that I was already scheduled for delivery«next Thursday» and I needed to come in to pay the balance. I’m an hour away and offered my credit card and she said that I had to come in to pay. I told her I’d pay cash on delivery and she said that they did not accept that. After spending ten grand, I was quite pissed off at Wolf at this point. My delivery occurred today and it was much more challenging than I anticipated. The three delivery guys had to go down a steep gravel path and make a sharp turn to access my patio. The first location was on top of a seam and the 900 pound tub wobbled. They moved to to several location and adjusted the position many times to ensure that it was on stable ground and that I was happy with the position. They had superior product knowledge and worked hard to make sure that I was educated and happy with my spa location. In short, they changed my opinion of Wolf.

NEWLOCATION! Wolf Pools & Spas moved here from their Waukesha location. It’s actually about the same distance for me so no preference either way. I didn’t open my 17′ above ground pool last year because we had such a late arrival of warm weather. When I prepared to open it this year I was a little scared of what I would find. Wolf’s got me up and running with chemicals and advice. I bring in my water sample weekly and they test for free, giving me a print out of adjustments I need to make to balance it. If it weren’t for Wolf’s I’d have a 7,500 gallon bird bath of filthy water in my backyard. Owning a pool is a lot like brewing beer. Clean, clean, clean, clean, FUN, clean, clean, clean.

I am very satisfied with the service. We had not used our indoor hut tub for a number of years. The staff and especially Katy were extremely helpful in walking me through the process of restarting the tub. I am grateful for the on site water test that they do at the store and for the helpful instruction sheet that comes from the test with recommendations on how to address the water issues. I really appreciate their expertise.

My post concerning this business and the $ 600 bill needs to be updated as the owner gave me a courtesy call yesterday… considering the person I spoke with previously, who said she didn’t care about bad reviews, etc. I am always impressed when an owner goes the path of calling a client. Shows that they care… we talked for about 20 min. and although I still felt a call before doing extensive work on the hot tub would have been logical, we did come to a agreement. If you follow these reviews, thanks Mike.
