This was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. I was in Minneapolis for business and stayed here for 10 days. For starters it is in one of the worst parts of town. So be sure to lock your cars and leave nothing of value inside. Around the second night I was there I think a scorned wife had found her husband staying there with somebody else because I was woken up to a live playing of Jerry Springer in the hallway. And on the weekends people are constantly shouting down the hallways during the night, so rest is tough to find here. At night they lock to door to enter the building, which I’m fine with, you have to use your room key to get into the hotel. The only issue with this is the card reader for the room key is busted and you have to be buzzed in by the front desk… Who is never is never there! I sat outside the door trying to find somebody, calling the front desk, waiting to get in so I could sleep after a 13hour day of work. And lastly I had the«do not disturb» sign on my door while I was getting ready to leave for the morning and I didn’t want the maids walking in while I was in the shower. I went to the front desk and asked for service to my room since they were still on the same floor I was staying. I came back a few hours later to get ready for work and my room had not been serviced. I went to the front desk and asked if I could get service for my room since it hadn’t happened yet. The person at the front desk told me the maid had been there and it was serviced. I told her it indeed had not and she responded with we will send someone right up. I told her I had to get ready for work and they can come up after I leave. I then came down stairs and asked the front desk if the maids can clean my room now and he replied they had already left! So if your looking to get your car broken into, a live show of cheaters, no sleep from epic hotel parties, standing out in the Minnesota cold, and a dirty room then this your place! If you actually want quality and good service… I would look somewhere else.

Average… Nice bed, nice TV, crappy turn-dial thermostat on the ac, I hate those things!
