By far the best dry cleaners in Bay Ridge! They are very professional, super efficient and their prices are great. I travel for work and sometimes I’m only at home for 24 hours before I leave again. Whenever I need a speedy turnaround (next day), my suits are always ready at no additional charge. They do a lot of work for the soldiers at Ft. Hamilton, so if they meet military standards, it’s good enough for me!

Anytime I need anything adjusted on my uniforms. I immediately bring it here, even though this place is about an hour drive from where I live.
The staff is always friendly and the prices are very reasonable. They also know all the uniform regulations which is a major plus.

I’ve been using this shop for almost 7 years now. They’re across the street from Ft. Hamilton, so the majority of their business is military/​government. They do a very good job at dry cleaning and alterations. They seem to be open all the time and the guys have very reasonable rates. I drive over 30 blocks to use them and I’ve never really had any problems with them. Nothing gets lost. Everything gets done on time and it’s good quality.
What else would you want? Oh and if you’re a TD Bank customer, there’s a branch with a parking lot across the street. Nice!

Please don’t read any bad reviews about 99th St. Cleaners — I have been coming here regularly for SIX years and have received nothing but the best service. They have gotten stains out of clothes I would have otherwise had to throw out, they can mend and fix anything. If you ask me, they are lifesavers and it’s not an easy thing to find a dry cleaner you can trust.

I brought my new white trench coat and white pants to be cleaned here. When I picked them up, they looked like an off-​white color. They told me that they have ink in their lines and can’t control the color of white that occurs when cleaning. They attempted to clean the items a second time but could not remove the «ink.»
My clothes were ruined and they did not refund my money.
