this is a great branch as far as the staff who are very attentive and give polite service. The lot is very small and the guard Steven does a great job helping you park and making sure nobody carelessly hits your car. I give a lower grade because Bank of AMERICA here and in other branches, has decided to reduce its teller force to an average of 2 people working creating long lines. They also do an inadequate job in guiding people to using the atms which would be smart since they want to keep the workforce small to save money.

They have a parking lot where you don’t have to park on the streets. The service was really professional. Everytime I walked in there a manager asking hoe can I help you. Also the wait line is not long at all. In and out in 5mins.

I come here because there is a parking lot. It’s a bit funny that BOA hired a guy to sit in the small lot to direct traffic and make sure you’re parking to go into the bank. This BOA recently completed renovations so it’s comfortable.
