This is a super sweet little neighborhood gem. The pastries are delicious, food is good, the people are, well, sweet too.
My personal favorite is the Napoleon. Freshly made and fair prices.

The hot food is pretty good and they’ll make fresh russian style Napoleon for you, just give them 24 hours notice.

Ugh. I wish I could say better things about this place. It would be nice to have a good Russian food store so closeby. However, this store reminds me more of a villagers’ kitchen than of a respectable Russian establishment. The lady in the store seems to think that I am a visitor in her kitchen than in her store. Rudeness is never attractive. Nonetheless, after that attitude, I still tried a perezhok (potato stuffed flour). It wasn’t that tasty nor that cheap either.
If you need Russian food– do yourself a favor and go to Net Cost on East 16th and Neck Road instead.
