Bay Ridge Family Day Care

As an ex employee of this business, I have been able to personally experience everything it is that will be said here. Bay Ridge Family Day Care is not a business with which your child will be given the loving attention and care you think they will receive while you’re at work all day. The workers are great people, but the fundamentals with which you hear during the interviews are false.
For one, if you’ve heard that we provide educational activities for your children, the truth of the matter is: no, we do not. You’ll see books lined up along the sides of the wall in the basement, but what you will not see is the children actively reading them, or see the workers doing so with them. We do that on a RARE occasion.
Most of the time, we have toys splayed out for them to play with. The same toys are distributed to them every single day. The same movies are played for them every single day. When we do arts and crafts, its the workers who make them for the kids, not the kids making them for you. And how much are you paying per week for this?
Ultimately the only good thing I can say about the business is that the workers are sweet women, who are definitely great with children. But that’s about it.
