Severely understaffed. You go corporate America.
Somewhat unfriendly staff tow the line. What can you do when working under such circumstances?

If you have to go for a medical test, this place does a good job. Weekends are just insane with the large waiting room completely full. Weekdays are the best time to come from what the staff told me. My #1 suggestion is to make an appointment as walk-ins swamp the place. I was noticing that the sign in sheet only had one non-walk-in listed and that was me.
Despite a 10:45 am appointment, I got taken at 11:05 am, which isn’t too bad. Once taken, the staff was super friendly, made you relaxed and took care of you and the test quite quickly. In and out!
FYI, this is right across from a subway stop, which makes it easy to get to. We also found street parking around the corner.
