Dunkin’ Donuts

The coffee is watered down. When they put milk, the coffee is whte!
Besides that and the punk/​lowlife kids hanging out there every night, I feel very uncomfortable taking my children in there for ice cream. Corporate needs to crack down and stop letting these kids hang out there!

Whenever theres supposedly a whole day of family fun… me and my mom always comes here to get an early kick me ups… Since this place was a few blocks away it was convent to make a early pit stop before doing anything else…

–grandparent sweet tea or hot chocolate
This place is ok with service nothing good or bad about it … Connected to a Baskin robin… i still remember when this place first opened… Huge parking lot! Opens early closes late! Great!

I feel really bad doing this because I love Dunkin Donuts, and this particular one is a two second walk from my house.
The problem is the new employees. I go every morning with my mom to get coffee after we walk my little sister to the bus, and so far the female workers especially, have messed up our order EVERY SINGLE TIME !!
I would understand it if it were really busy, and there was on overwhelming crowd of people, but there isn’t… Ever.
Also the side of the cup has the EXACT way you want your coffee made written right on it. For example, this morning we ordered two medium decaf hot pumpkin lattes with no sugar and cream instead of milk. What did we get? Caffeinated coffee (not latte, just regular coffee) with milk… That’s it. So, after telling them they made the coffee wrong they looked extremely annoyed and just pumped the syrup in it and handed it back. Then we had to remind them that we asked for DECAF with CREAM and that it’s supposed to be a LATTE, so they were nice enough to make a new one… AS THEY SHOULD’VE.
I’m just really disappointed because we used to really love this particular Dunkin Donuts, but the new workers are really bringing this place down.

This Dunkin Donuts is nothing really too special, but the reason I give it 4 stars is because, they get you your stuff FAST and their place is nice and big. Not only that, but there’s a parking lot, so it’s a nice thing to have around instead of cruising around with my boyfriend, just waiting for a parking spot to hopefully magically appear.
It’s a little out of the way for me since I don’t have a car, but I’d rather come to this DD than the one between East 2^nd and McDonald (which is literally less than a block from my apartment) because the DD by my house fails superbly at getting you your coffee.
This DD’s employees are polite and get things done efficiently, which is another +1 for stars!

I happen to like this Dunkin Donuts a lot more than most locations in Brooklyn… why? Well I drive a lot around Brooklyn and when I am in the need of a caffeine fix, I usually stop into a DD. Now if anyone knows Brooklyn, parking is impossible. So you either park a few blocks away or double park to run into a DD and grab a coffee.
At this location however they have a big parking lot… yippy. I can get out, stretch my legs… walk really slowly and not worry if there is a line inside. Nice staff, very clean and even some room to sit and enjoy your bagel and coffee before getting back on the road.

A mediocre Dunkin Donuts at best, Mind you i love this chain. I come here only because its a block from my house. They are out of a lot of types of donuts sold out at the times I go there, and the workers are sometimes REALLY negligent of their jobs. They sometimes just randomly stop working to talk to other people (chitchat)
fyi; This establish is a 2for with Baskin Robbins. Same workers so thats a downside, and 90% of the time they are out of ingredients for their special ice creams ie: they almost never have bananas for their banana split. Do they want any business?
