Dunkin’ Donuts

This is my favorite DD! They have some new staff which is a bit slow but the girl in the morning and the manager are the best! They get orderes out fast! They remember the regular’s order and is preparing it before they order! The staff is friendly and alwyas helpful!

After moving to this neighborhood, I came here every morning for a cup of coffee before hopping on that F train to get to class. Service was a bit on the slow side, but I can’t forfeit my coffee so I just bore with it as much as I could.
But the day they made me wait 17 minutes for one medium hot coffee, was the day I decided I would avoid this place to the best of my abilities.
Some of you might be saying, «mornings are always busy, you should understand» — I do understand. But when your single coffee order gets pushed further and further back while they serve other patrons, it becomes a little irritating to watch. I tried to understand because some of the other customers were waiting too, but none of them had been waiting as much as me.
When I first got in line to order, I was third, but by the time I was able to leave, not only were the two people in front of me gone, but also three other customers who had been in line after me. I just couldn’t understand how a cup of coffee, not even a big order, could take so long. It could’ve tasted like crap for all I cared. I didn’t see how they could be making breakfast sandwiches, packing 3 dozen donuts, and making iced lattes; yet seem to forget the angry looking Asian girl’s medium hot coffee. All it would take is sugar — pour coffee — and milk.
Sadly, now I don’t drink coffee in the morning before class because of this dunkin donut. I haven’t gone back too much, especially in the morning, but I sure hope they picked up their pace here.
