Now we’re talking. This place has all the making of being a great store. Seriously, all the building blocks any owner would need to be the next best store front you can find them right here. The store layout — Great. So far the collection — Great. The store location — Great. Now top that all off with a passionate and professional owner, seriously how this store fail. I have worked with boutique shops before so customer service and inventory is so important. I actually got a chance to sit and chat with the owner and it was awesome to speak to someone who seemed so excited and passionate about their job. Boutiques run that scary line of trying to be user friendly and yet exclusive and hard to find. Some how Rich found the right medium between edgy skate shop and family stop. Realistically a skate shop should be for the kids but street wear can be one of those things where it should be a little alternative and abrasive. Inventory wise we are looking at all skate decks, clothing; mostly shirts, some jeans, hats — snaps and fitted and believe it or not… Baby clothes! That’s right, for those parents who grew up on Thrasher and dream of Venice beach, you can now dress your little angel in Skate or Die baby apparel. This store is going to be great and hope them the best of luck.
