They were so exceptionally helpful and thoughtful and kind in helping me, who really has at best a very tenuous grip on christmas, pick out the perfect christmas gift for my girlfriend with little more than contextual clues. thanks again!

Seriously, they have the worst attitude. Selection is so so like every store carries. Nothing special. I have been working in fashion industry all my life, I must say even H&M staffs are 100 times nicer. Will never go back anyway. I felt super insulted.

The selection of clothing was fine, but the approach to sales was bizarre for a shop in Greenpoint. I would expect condescension and a rigid approach to gendered attire in a Manhattan shop, but I was surprised to find such an uncomfortable shopping experience here on Franklin. I don’t mind salespeople who take fashion seriously, but the salesperson I encountered here seemed so intolerant(or just ignorant) of the idea that people have their own personal styles or that women might not want to look«pretty» or «feminine.» I avoid places like this for that reason.

Awesome spot in Greenpoint for unique, well made clothes at prices that wont break the bank(but looks like it did). The staff is super helpful, never tries to push you into buying something and the owner is someone I definitely want to continue supporting. She is good people with great taste in clothes!

Great shop! I love their collection of independent designers. The store is quite affordable too. The owner is also super helpful and sweet.

The clothes here are awesome. Not sure how expensive it is, but it seems like it. I’m also not quite sure how to handle this place at the moment. Dunderdon 4eva.

Great place to treat yourself or find a gift that’s not made in China! They sell a lot of Made in the USA clothes and accessories. Love it!

This is one of my favorite stores in New York and it is super close to my house, yay! I love that most of the stuff is locally made and designed. I love to go hear for something special or something on sale as the prices while reasonable for the quality(not made in China crap) are a bit steep for me. My hubby also likes the mens section and they have cute little rattles which are perfect baby presents.

I really thought this store had potential and have made a couple of nice purchases here. Until I had one of the most if not the most unprofessional customer service experience. So bad that I will not be returning or referring any business there way. I was looking at some jewelry in their case that had the door open wide. A good 5 mins later the owner came over barked at me that they dont let customers peruse the jewelry and pretty much slammed the jewelry case on my hand. If you don’t want your customers looking at the jewelry without your assistance then don’t leave the case open in the middle of the shop. I really like to support small businesses but when you are treated like a child it doesn’t deserve my business. Such an unfortunate situation.

Wonderfully curated little boutique, that is consistent in it’s vision, style, and price range. Every time I poke around here, I have yet to see the same things elsewhere in NY. I have to disagree with the review that says it’s priced similar to Alter – clothing, shoes, and accessories prices are $ 50 – 100 more. The quality is higher too, though.

A great retail addition to the Franklin St strip. Priced similar to Alter but with a more utilitarian vibe. Great selection of both guy & lady clothing and the owners are super nice. They have some familiar brands like Free People but also smaller brands from LA, NYC and Portland. Especially great outerwear, denim, jewelry and shoes.
