Terrible service; I remember one time I gave my card to pay and the server was already hounding me about the tip. Was going to leave cash for the tip but once that happened I gave her my two cents for a tip. They take forever to seat when the restaurant is literally empty and hopefully you know what you want because they’re kind of impatient once you sit. Then if they leave better hope they come back because they go to the back and converse forever with each other. I don’t know why I keep coming back but I guess it’s because I do enjoy their kani salad.

Walked in with my family to celebrate a special occasion. My family and I used to come here all the time when it first opened and the food was amazing and so was the service! Unfortunately all of that changed, after dinner(the food was okay but not great) they asked us why we didnt leave«enough of a tip». They then began to yell at us and kick us out of the restaurant. The next week my parents and I walked in just to grab a bite to eat(unfortunately), the hostess simply looked at us and pointed to a table. Not to mention the bubble tea was garbage, had ice in it but somehow it was warm(What?). We didn’t even get a menu after 20 minutes of waiting and even then we had to grab them ourselves. The service is utter garbage, the food is NOT worth the wait. A man sitting at the table next to us was waiting for 30 minutes for his fried ice cream, he got up and left. Stay away from this place, prices aren’t worth the things they are providing you with. Best to just go somewhere better.

I love this place. it is less pack as on sheepshead bay. I had their Gorgonzola Salad and it is very fulfilling. You can get full just on the salad,. It is served in a deep bowl. It is pretty good, I loved it. I suggest you just order this salad without sushi. it isi on a sweet side.

I ordered sushi today, and salmon was spoiled, it was soft and sticky, and really stinky! I called them, and they said that it’s supposed to be this way, that it is «tender» and in a sticky sauce. But this roll is not even supposed to be in any kind of sauce!!! I am never ordering from them again, after this horrible experience and really bad customer service! I ate 1 piece of spoiled roll and I’m really starting to feel sick, I am afraid for my health now…

This place is ridiculous most of the time, and I’m not joking. So full of shizoodles, like the sewer system. I came here once w/extra time before leaving school w/my friend. She ordered her and my other friend sushi. I got myself and my other friend bubble tea. Cashier lady and waitress didn’t even acknowledge us. I just had to blurt out my order to them while she was sitting at the cashier doing nothing. Then, when our food arrived she just plopped it in our hands and didn’t even tell us which item was which or which drink was which(looks the same). (The wait can take up to 30 minutes too, even for a drink or single sushi roll.) When I got back to school, I asked my friend what her drink tasted like. Both drinks tasted the same… like water. Boba was so mushy and tasted like it’d been made days earlier, honestly. Not only that, but afterwards, I had bad stomach cramps and diarrhea. Happens everytime I come here. Overall, probably won’t come here again, but we’ll see.

I live across the street from this overpriced for no reason place and whenever I am too lazy to go to a regular normal spot I end up here but tonight after what my sister told me I will never return. She was eating dinner as a last customer with her friend and they approached her table at 10:45 saying that they are closing and to pay for the bill. They payed for the bill and of course ones they got the money the owner came up screaming that they are closed and for them to leave! They had full plates of food and weren’t even able to finish eating! That is extremely unprofessional not to wait until the customer finishes eating! I am disgusted with this kind of service and don’t recommend this place to nobody! If there was no stars or negative stars that’s what I would give them !

Worst sushi the waitress called me a bitch!!! Because I ordered a $ 16 salad as my meal then it came out with what tasted like spoiled crumbled blue cheese? I’m not sure what was on it so I took one bite and told them I think it’s spoiled and to take it back, then when i got the check she left it on the bill so I did not tip her she had $ 16 for spoiled nasty salad and she called me a bitch, never again

Enjoyed the rock shrimp tempura, one of the best apps ive had any sushi place… the rolls are a little bit pricey where every other places sells regular rolls for 2.5 $ they go from 3.75−4.5…Other then that food was good.

I’m a regular customer for take-out and dine-in. The miso soup is one of the best you can get. It is well decorated and the delivery is extremely fast. The waitress can seem a bit bored though. I love their Hibachi and would recommend the Chicken Katsu Don as well.

I’ve been a regular customer of over 6 years. The inside of the restaurant is surprisingly well decorated considering the location. I used to go there for the excellent sushi rolls and entrees at fair prices with friends. Over the years the prices have gone up. $ 4.25 for a Philly roll? That’s Manhattan prices. And it’s not as good as I remember. The cheaper rolls are made with«crunch» and other crappy fillers. It’s just not the quality I have known it to be. The dishes come out looking aesthetically pleasing. This is one thing that has consistently been the case. The guys who put these together know what they are doing, and really put art in «culinary art!» It’s one of the few reasons this got 2 stars instead of 1. The service has gotten worse. While we used to get constant water refills, now it’s a rarity to a point where you may as well pull someone over and ask for water. The staff is inattentive and reluctant to provide a good experience for the guests. They always seem to look disappointed or pissed off. Not very personal at all. The food, aside from the ridiculous price increases, has gotten worse. Maybe they’re cutting on the good ingredients, I don’t know. But the meals come out tasting more and more bland. The sushi is sub par at this point. It’s sad because I remember it being the best I’ve had a few years ago. I’ve even got out of my way to walk 30min to a sushi place to get better food, when this is only 5min away. It’s just not worth the price.

I am a regular customer in this restaurant and in general I am satisfied by it. The food looks fresh and well-cooked. I don’t recommend their bubble tea. It feels as chemicals. I would recommend the owner/manager to decorate the restaurant in Japanese style(now the atmosphere is cold and nothing special) and to use Japanese music, it would add cultural charm.

I was in the neighborhood. Had to use the restroom. So decided to order some sushi to go. It was about $ 12 for 3 rolls. I had a eel avocado roll, spicy tuna roll and a Shrimp Tempera. The rolls were cheap and tasted okay. Typical sushi material. WASN’T OMG so good. It was a good fix for me. It was about 7pm on a Sunday and it was empty. I guess you can use the word«quiet». Only one table was taken. The staff was nice greeted us and asked us if we are staying or to go. Then passed us a to go menu. I didn’t dine in here but everything seems okay. Music was okay not to loud. It was clean. It was cheap.

Extremely poor service and not apologetic. I ordered through and my order arrived 2 hours late. I am literally 10 blocks away. When I asked what was the cause of the delay I was told there was traffic. After calling multiple times the delivery guy arrived and was angry I did not tip, however I already tipped on . I made a complaint with as the food arrived cold, and was told the manager spoke with and that the next time I order I will get 20% off. I ordered again and attempted to take 20% off. Apparently they do not honor their discount and stated that they can only do it on my next order. I am sorry but I highly doubt there will be a next time.
